안녕하십니까? 3.1. 보건소 및 임시선별진료소 음성확인서 발급 일시 중단에 따라 아래와 같이 변경된 대학생활관 방역수칙을 안내하오니 확인하여 주시기 바랍니다.
Due to the temporary suspension of the issuance of negative confirmation certificates at public health centers and temporary screening clinics as of March 1, please check the modified quarantine guidelines for the college dormitory.
1. 신규입소자의 PCR/신속항원검사 음성확인서 제출 의무는 유지됩니다. 원내 군집도가 높은 집단 거주시설 내 CV-19 발생 가능성을 선제적으로 차단하고자 함임을 양해하여 주시기 바랍니다.
1. The mandatory PCR test for new entrants will be maintained. Please understand that we are trying to preemptively block the possibility of CV-19 occurring on campus, especially in residential facilities where there is a higher probability of groups clustering.

¹백신접종 완료자의 정의: 2차 접종 이후 14일 경과 ~ 6개월 미만인 자 또는 3차 접종(추가 접종)을 한 자
Definition of those who have been fully vaccinated: Those who are within 6 months after 14 days of 2nd vaccination or those who have taken 3rd vaccination.

- 백신접종 완료자: 귀원 직후 사감실에 방문하여 백신패스 인증(Coov 상대방 인증하기) ※ 사감실 부재로 백신패스 인증이 불가할 경우, 하우스연합회에 문의(페이스북 페이지 및 하우스실 방문(월/수/금 21:00 ~ 22:00) - Those who have fully vaccinated: certify vaccine pass (COOV) to the housemaster ※ If the housemaster is out of office, contact the House Union (Facebook/visit to House: MON/WED/FRI 21:00 ~22:00) |

- 백신접종 미완료자: 입소 전 24시간 이내 실시한 자가진단키트 음성 결과물을 사진 촬영 후 갤러리 정보에서 촬영 시각이 보이도록 사감선생님께 제시(검사시간 확인용), 자가진단키트 실물을 투명 비닐백에 밀봉하여 제출 → 사진 제시 및 키트 실물 제출을 모두 이행해야 인정됨 Those who have not been fully vaccinated: 1) Take a photo of ‘negative’ self-diagnosis test taken within 24 hours before entering dormitory 2) show photo to the housemaster (confirm a test time) 3) submit a sealed test result to the housemaster → Both photo and test result submission are required. |
■ 외출 수칙 Guidelines for leaving the dormitory
□ 외출 전 Before leaving
- 일시귀가신청서 사감실 제출(미제출시 즉시 퇴소, 사감실 부재시 사감실과의 통화 기록과 함께 학생팀 평일 기준 3일 이내 이메일 신고, uhousing@gist.ac.kr)
- submit an application form for temporary return to the housemaster’s office (If this is not submitted, immediate expulsion from the dormitory is required. If the housemaster is out of office, then report the form (attach call record) via email within 3 days to the Section of Student Affairs

※ 현재 대학생활관 신규 입소 진행으로 인하여 7일 이상 외출을 제한하고 있습니다.(T동 호실 확보)
부득이 7일 이상 외출이 필요할 경우, 학생팀(T.3603)으로 연락바랍니다.
※ Currently, leaving for more than 7 days is restricted due to incoming students at the college dormitory.
If inevitable to leave for more than 7 days, please contact to the Section of Student Affairs (T.3603).
