안녕하십니까?
21. 12. 18. 정부의 단계적 일상회복 방역 강화 조치에 따라 변경된 내용을 아래와 같이 안내하오니 양지하여 주시기 바랍니다.
On December 18 (Saturday), in accordance with the tightening of the daily recovery quarantine guidelines by stages, we inform you as follows.
1. 신규입소자의 PCR 의무검사는 유지됩니다. 원내 군집도가 높은 집단 거주시설 내 CV-19 발생 가능성을 선제적으로 차단하고자 함임을 양해하여 주시기 바랍니다.
The mandatory PCR test for new entrants will be maintained. Kindly understand that we are trying to preemptively block the possibility of CV-19 occurring on campus especially in residential facilities where there is a higher probability of groups clustering.
2. 기숙사 입소자 PCR 검사 의무화 대상 변경 내용

백신접종 완료자* 면제(외출신고 및 능동감시는 유지) 백신접종 미완료자: 광주 지역 외 타지역 여행자(전남 지역 포함) PCR 음성결과 제출필 Those who have been fully vaccinated* are exempted (however they still need to report when going out and will be actively monitored).
Those who have not been fully vaccinated: Travelers outside Gwangju (including Jeonnam) must submit negative PCR test. |
* 백신접종 완료자의 정의: 2차 접종 14일 이후 ~ 6개월 이내인 자(추후 정부의 백신 패스 지침에 따라 유효기간이 변경될 수 있음)
Definition of those who have been fully vaccinated: Those who are within 6 months after 14 days of their second vaccination.(The validity period of the vaccine pass may be changed according to the government's guidelines in the future.)

귀국 후 원내 기숙사로 바로 복귀하지 않고, 귀국 직후 PCR 1회차 검사, 귀국 6~7일차 2회차 검사 결과 음성 확인된 후 기숙사로 복귀가능 Upon returning to Korea, students should not return to the dormitory immediately. They should have the first PCR test, and the second PCR test 6 to 7 days after arriving in Korea with a negative PCR test before returning to the dormitory. |

귀국 후 자택 10일 격리 및 격리해제 전 PCR 검사에서 음성 확인 후 기숙사로 복귀 가능 After returning to Korea, the student can only return to the dormitory after confirming a negative PCR test before quarantine and have themselves quarantine at home for 10 days. |

- 백신접종자: 귀원 직후 사감실에 방문하여 백신패스 인증(Coov 상대방 인증하기) ※ 사감실 부재로 백신패스 인증이 불가할 경우, 하우스연합회에 문의(페이스북 페이지 및 하우스실 방문(월/수/금 21:00 – 22:00)) If vaccine certificate authentication is not possible due to the housemaster’s absence, please contact the House Committee (through Facebook page or direct visit Mon/Wed/Fri: 9 pm – 10 pm) - 백신접종 미완료자: 귀원 후 48시간 이내에 PCR 음성확인 검사 결과 사감실에 제출 - Those who have not been fully vaccinated: Submit the negative PCR test to the housemaster’s office within 48 hours upon returning to campus. |

- 신규 입소하는 신입생 - 대학 재학생 중 일괄퇴소 후 재입소하는 자 ※ 단, 자의로 임의퇴소한 자/하우스 징계 수행 후 재입소자는 재입소시 PCR 음성 결과 확인서 의무제출 대상이지만 실비환급 지원대상이 아님 - New incoming freshmen - Current students who re-enter the university ※ However, those who voluntarily leave the dormitory/re-enter after taking disciplinary action from the house are subject to the mandatory submission of a negative PCR test confirmation upon re-entry, but are not eligible for a refund of actual expenses. |

- PCR 음성결과, 영수증, PCR 검사 실비청구서(무료검사 실시가 어려워 유료검사가 불가피했던 사유, 계좌정보 등 첨부파일 확인) 사감실 제출 - 청구일로부터 3개월 이내 8만원 한도 내 실비 환급 - Submission of a negative PCR test, receipts, and actual PCR test charges to housemaster’s office (for those who have paid for a PCR test due to difficulty in getting a free test, please check attached files for account information). - Refund of actual expenses up to 80,000 won within 3 months from the date of claim. |
■ 외출 수칙 Rules for Going Out
□ 외출 전 Before leaving
- 일시귀가신청서 사감실 제출(미제출시 즉시 퇴소, 사감실 부재시 사감실과의 통화 기록과 함께 학생팀에 평일기준 3일 이내 이메일 신고(uhousing@gist.ac.kr)
- Submit the temporary leave application form to the housemaster’s office (if not submitted, the student will be discharged immediately, or if the housemaster is absent, send an email to the Section of Student Services (uhousing@gist.ac.kr) within 3 working days along with a call record with the housemaster.)

※ 일시귀가 2주 이상일 경우 퇴소 처리(사유 있을 시 학생팀 논의)
※ If the temporary leave is more than 2 weeks, discharge will be processed (if it is unnecessary or not urgent, please discuss with the Section of Student Services).
※ T하우스(격리동)의 안정적인 확보를 위해 7일 이상의 외출은 학생팀의 허가를 받아야 함
※ In order to secure a stable T House (quarantine building), you must obtain permission from the Section of Student Services if you are going out for more than 7 days.
3. 원내 사적 모임 허용 인원 변경(12.18.부터 별도 해제시까지 적용)

사적모임 5인 이상 집합금지 Private gatherings of more than 5 people are prohibited across all regions.
- 백신접종 미완료자 제한사항(식당 및 카페 1인 단독 이용만 가능) Under the new measures, which will be in effect from Saturday until Jan. 2, the use of restaurants and cafes will be restricted to fully vaccinated people. Those who have not been fully vaccinated will be able to use the facilities alone or request take-out or delivery.
- 2022.1.3.(월)이후 사적모임 기준: 원내 별도 공지가 있을 때까지는 정부기준을 준용 As for private gatherings after January 3, 2022, please follow the government guidelines unless notified otherwise. |
