기 안내드린 기혼자아파트 리모델링 공사와 관련하여, 아래와 같이 동별 철거 공사 일정을 공유드립니다.

*업체 선정 및 일정 확정으로 안내드립니다.

1. 동별 공사 일정 안내

※ 철거 작업은 약 7~10일 정도 소요될 예정입니다.(사전 작업: 철거 전 +1주일 소요)

     -  전기 공사를 병행함(소음이 많지 않으며, 8/5일 F동 부터 실시)

※ 공사 일정 및 공사 범위는 현장 여건에 따라 일부 변경될 수 있습니다.

▶ 철거 작업 특성상 강한 소음 및 분진이 발생할 수 있습니다.

2. 호실 이동 관련 안내

가. 이동 대상 호실 이사업체 방문(개별 방문 완료) 및 호실 선택

   - 기간: ~2026.8.7.(금)/ 개별안내 완료

   - 내용: 이사업체 방문을 통한 견적 진행 중, 희망 호실 선택 중

나. 잔여 F동 공실 추가 이동 희망 조사(예정)

   - 예정 기간: 2026.8.25.(화)~

   - 대상: 현 F동 거주 세대(*1차 이동 세대 제외)

   - 비고: 추가 이동 시에는 이사 지원 및 기타 지원 사항은 제공되지 않습니다.

공사 및 세대 이동 과정에서 불편이 발생할 수 있는 점 깊이 양해 부탁드리며, 보다 나은 주거환경 조성을 위한 사업이 원활히 추진될 수 있도록 거주자 여러분의 협조를 부탁드립니다.

(Married Student Apartments) Notice Regarding the Construction Schedule

 

As previously announced regarding the Married Student Apartment remodeling project, we would like to share the construction schedule for each building and the relocation plan as follows.

Demolition Period	From September 8, 2026 (Tue)	August 5 (Wed) – August 31 (Mon), 2026
Demolition Work	Removal of existing interior structures and facilities (bathroom, kitchen sink, walls, etc.)	Same as Building E
Construction Work	Interior and exterior renovation following demolition	Renovation of vacant units, including interior and exterior repairs

 

※ Demolition work is expected to take approximately 7–10 days, with about one

     week of preparatory work before demolition begins.

     -Electrical work will be carried out concurrently with the demolition.

※ The construction schedule and scope of work may be adjusted depending on on-site conditions.

    ▶ Please be advised that significant noise and dust may occur during the demolition period.

 

2. Room Relocation Information

    A. Moving Company Visit for Relocation Units

         - Period: Until July 24, 2026 (Fri)

         - Details: The moving company is currently conducting on-site assessments,

                          and residents will make their final room selection.

     B. Additional Survey for Relocation to Remaining Vacant Rooms in Building F

         - Scheduled Period: From August 25, 2026 (Tue)

         - Eligible Residents: Current residents of Building F (excluding households

            included in the first relocation)

         -  Note: Residents who relocate during this additional round will not be eligible

                        for moving assistance or other support provided during the initial relocation.
