[2022학년도 학위수여식 대면 개최 안내]

 

안녕하십니까?

 

2022학년도 학위수여식을 대면으로 개최함을 안내드립니다.

 

우리원의 대학원생활관은 7개의 동이 공동 화장실 및 공동 샤워실을 사용하는 구조로 되어 있어 집단감염 위험이 상당히 높은 편입니다. 졸업생 가족 포함 750여명 이상이 실내 밀집하는 졸업식과 같은 대규모 행사는 매우 조심스럽게 접근해야 하므로 고심 끝에 비대면 개최를 결정했었지만 대면 참석을 원하는 학생들의 의견을 반영하여 긴급히 대면행사로 전환하게 되었습니다.

 

행사형태의 긴급 전환에 따른 혼란 최소화를 위하여, 졸업생 여러분께 다음 사항을 협조 요청드립니다.

1. 메일로 발송된 설문조사에 반드시 회신(학위수여 대상자에 대한 지정좌석제로 추후 변경 불가, 미회신 시 불참으로 간주)

2. 행사당일 정해진 시간까지 지정좌석 착석(단상 앞 학위수여 순서 정렬을 위해 미리 확인 필요)

3. 가족 포함 오룡관 내 출입자 전원은 반드시 마스크 착용

□ 행사 세부내용(Notification of AY 2022 Commencement Ceremony)

 

 

 행사개요

1. 행사일시(Date and Time): 2023년 2월 17일(금) 14:00 ~ 15:30

2. 행사장소(Location): 광주과학기술원 오룡관 대강당

3. 참석대상(Attendee): 학위수여대상자, 교직원, 학위수여자 가족 등 약 750여명

    (학위수여대상자: 박사 74명, 석사 112명, 학사 91명 등 총 277명)

※ 행사장 좌석이 한정되어 있는 관계로 학위수여자 외 참석자는 선착순 입장 예정

※ 행사장에 입장하지 못한 경우 101호, 103호에서 실시간 스트리밍 시청 가능

 

 학위복 대여 및 반납방법

1. 박·석사·학사 학위복 대여/반납 일정 및 장소

- 1차: 2023. 2. 15.(수) 10:00~16:00 (오룡관 206호)

- 2차: 2023. 2. 16.(목) 10:00~16:00 (오룡관 206호)

- 3차: 2023. 2. 17.(금) 10:00~18:00 (오룡관 206호)

※ 코로나19 예방을 위해, 대리수령 불가. 본인만 대여 가능

· 불가피한 경우 학생팀 담당자에게 연락 요망: T. 062-715-3605

※ 지정된 시간 이외에는 대여가 어려우니 시간을 엄수하여 주시기 바랍니다.

※ 학위복을 반납하지 않을 경우, 증명서 발급제한 등 불이익이 있을 수 있으니, 반드시 지정된 시간과 장소에 

    반납하여 주시기 바랍니다.

 

 학위수여 안내

1. 학위수여대상자는 2023. 2. 17.(금) 13시 30분까지 1층 출입구로 입장(좌석 착석 시 참석 확인 예정)

     ※ 반드시 좌석표를 확인하시어 본인 좌석에 착석 바랍니다.

     ※ 참석여부 확인 후 지정좌석제를 실시 할 예정이오니 참석 여부를 사전에 반드시 회신(2.13.(월) 오전 11:30까지)하여 

            주시기 바랍니다.

 

2. 학위과정별 학위수여 순서

○ 박사 → 석사 → 학사 순

 

3. 학위수여 방법

○ 박사: 학위수여 순서대로 단상의 우측 아래에서 대기.

→ 사회자가 호명하면, 단상의 우측 끝으로 올라간 후 총장 앞 대기

→ 총장이 학위기를 수여하고 악수를 나눔.(사진촬영 1장)

→ 총장과 함께 정면을 보고 사진촬영.(사진촬영 1장)

→ 좌측으로 이동하여 주요 보직자 및 교수와 악수를 나눔

→ 스태프의 안내에 따라 본인의 좌석으로 돌아가 착석

 

○ 석·학사: 학위수여 순서대로 단상의 우측 아래에서 대기

→ 사회자가 호명하면, 단상의 우측 끝으로 올라간 후 총장 앞 대기

→ 총장이 학위모 술을 이동하고 (우측 → 좌측) 악수를 나눔(사진촬영 1장)

→ 좌측으로 이동하여 주요 보직자 및 교수와 악수를 나눔

→ 스태프의 안내에 따라 본인의 좌석으로 돌아가 착석

 

※ 참고: 학위수여자 동선

 학위기 수령 방법

○ 박사는 학위수여식 당일, 석·학사는 소속 부서에서 행사 전날 수령

○ 불참자의 경우 학위수여식이 종료된 해당 소속학부 사무실에서 수령

○ 학위기의 내용이 틀린 경우 학생팀 담당자 문의(T.062-715-3605)

 

코로나19 관련 방문자 유의사항

○ 마스크 착용

○ 최근 발열 또는 호흡기 증상이 있거나 14일 이내 해외여행을 한 경우 방문 자제

○ 고 위험군(65세 이상 어르신, 임산부, 만성질환자 등)은 가급적 방문 자제

○ 학위수여식 SNS 생중계 예정

○ 학위수여대상자 외 참석자는 2층 출입구로 입장하여 주시기 바랍니다.

○ 모든 행사가 끝나기 전까지 학위수여대상자는 퇴장이 불가합니다.

○ 안전을 위하여 단상 근처에서의 사진 촬영을 금지합니다.

○ 학위수여자의 사진은 촬영 후 e-mail로 발송(3월 중 예정)할 예정입니다.

2022 AY Commencement Ceremony Information

 

Congratulations Graduates! 

We are pleased to inform you that 2022 AY Commencement Ceremony, which has been held online for a while due to COVID-19, 

will be held offline for this time. For successful ceremony,

1. Please reply to the e-mail Participation Survey no later than 11:30AM February 13. We need this information to arrange a seat for each degree candidate in advance.

2. Please seat in your designated seat no later than 1:30 PM on February 17. Assigned seating and taking attendance prior to the ceremony will be necessary for you to be awarded with your Graduation Certificate walking in line in front of the main stage.

3. Please make sure to wear a mask before you enter the Oryong Hall on February 17.

 Cap & Gown for Degree Candidates

1. 1st rental and return: Feb. 15 (Wednesday) 10:00-16:00

2. 2nd rental and return: Feb. 16 (Thursday) 10:00-16:00

3. 3rd rental and return: Feb. 17 (Friday) 10:00-18:00

4. Location: #206 Oryong Hall

※ To prevent CV-19, degree candidates only are eligible to rent (Present your student ID.) Please make sure to meet the deadline.

 Awardig Degrees: Ph.D. → MS → BS

1. How to award degrees

○ Ph.D.: Wait your turn at the right-hand side of the front stage in order

→ When your name is called, walk from the right side to the front of the stage and wait in front of the President

→ When your Degree Certificate is awarded, shake hands with the President.(Photo)

→ Face the audience with the President.(Photo)

→ Turn right and shake hands with some professors while leaving the stage.

→ Return to your seat as guided by a staff member

 

○ MS and BS: Wait your turn at the right-hand side of the front stage in order

→ When your name is called, walk from the right side to the front of the stage and wait in front of the President

→ When the Presient move your cap tassel(from right to left), shake hands with the President.(Photo)

→ Turn right and shake hands with some professors while leaving the stage.

→ Return to your seat as guided by a staff member

MS & BS: From the Dept. Office (Feb. 16)

○ If you can not attend the Ceremony, you may pick it up at the Dept. Office on Feb. 16.
