1월 대학원 생활관 정기점검 관련사항을 다음과 같이 안내 드립니다.

Here are the information on the regular inspection of the graduate school dormitory in January as follows.

 

1. 1월 대학원 생활관 정기검사 개요 / Overview of the graduate dormitory regular inspection in January.

ㅇ 점검일시: 2024. 1. 31(수) / Inspection date: January 31, 2024 (Wed)

ㅇ 점검자: 대학원 생활관 자치위원 9명(남: 6명, 여: 3명) / Inspectors: 9 members (Male: 6 members, Female: 3 members)

 

2. 주요 점검 사항 및 벌점 / Major vioation lists and penalty points

이번 1월 정기 점검에서 아래 3가지 사항을 중점적으로 확인할 예정입니다.

In January's regular room cleanliness inspection, we will focus on followings in the room.

 

 

2.1 공용시설물 무단 점용 (복도/세탁실/휴게실 등) / Unauthorized use of public facilities (hallway / laundry room / lounge etc.)

① 문 앞 세면 바구니, 택배 물품 등 방치 여부 / Whether washing baskets, delivery package, etc. are left in front of the door

② 복도 및 공용공간에 무선 킥보드, 우산 등 개인용품 비치 / Whether personal items such as kickboards, umbrellars etc. are put on hallways and public spaces

 

2.2 호실의 청소, 정돈, 청결상태 불량 기준 / Details of Poor state of cleanliness of the room in the list No 4.

 

① 침구 정돈 / bedclothes arrangement

② 바닥, 창틀, 옷장 상단 먼지 제거 / Remove dust from floors, window frames, and top of closets

③ 현관 정돈 / the arrangement of one's entrance

④ 화장실 바닥 청결 유지 (8, 9동만 해당) / Maintain toilet floor cleaness (Buildings 8 and 9 only)
