국외 학생 교류 협정을 체결한 협력 대학들과의 정규 학기 교류 프로그램인 2027 봄 학기 Outbound Mobility Program(해외 교환학생) 참가생을 아래와 같이 선발하고자 하오니, 관심 있는 학생들의 많은 지원 바랍니다.

1. 파견 대학: 2027년 봄 학기 파견 가능한 18개 학교

2. 파견 기간: 2027년 봄 학기 (2027년 1월 ~ 2027년 7월 중, 파견 학교 별 상이)

3. 지원 자격: 학부 재학생 2학년 ~4학년(7학기 이내) 학부 재학생 (2027년 봄학기 기준)

4. 선발 정원: 학교별 2명 / 호주 WSU 6명

5. 선발 일정: 하단 일정은 가이드 일정이며 전형 결과는 나오는 대로 전체 학생(합/불합격) 메일로 안내 예정임

※ 학교 별 어학 요구 사항이 다르므로, 지원하고자 하는 학교의 어학 기준을 학생 스스로 반드시 확인하고 지원해야 함.

 

6. 제출 방법: 이메일 제출 (mobility@gist.ac.kr)

  - 메일 제목(Title of the Email): 2027년 봄학기 Mobility Program 참가 지원서_학번 이름

 

7. 제출 기한: ~ 2026. 9. 14.(월)

  * 기한 내 이메일 접수된 지원서만 유효함.(메일 도착 일자가 9.15. 일 경우 인정하지 않음. 발송 기준이 아닌 도착 기준.)

  * 지원서 제출 관련 문의 사항은 9월 14일 월요일 오후 6시 까지 답변 가능.

  * 모든 서류는 지원서 제출 마감 시까지 도착해야 함.(지원서 제출 마감 후 어학 성적표 보완 제출 불가)

8. 제출 서류

  ① 2027년 봄학기 Mobility Program 지원서(양식 일체) 1부

    - 지원서 일체(인적사항, 학업계획 및 자기소개 포함 / 영문 또는 국문)

  ② 공식 성적증명서(영문) 1부

  ③ 어학성적표(TOEFL or TOEIC or IELTS or CEFR 등) 1부 (내용 증빙)

  ④ 기타 각종 수상실적, 봉사활동 등 지원서 기재 활동 증빙 자료 (해당자에 한함)

9. 유의 사항

  - 모든 제출 서류는 A4규격 PDF형식만 접수 가능

  - 서류 제출 시 모든 서류를 1개의 zip 파일로 압축하여 제출

  - 서류 기재 사항이 부정확하거나 미비 서류가 있는 경우, 별도의 안내 없이 선발 대상에서 자동 제외

  - 모든 제출 서류는 스캔 파일로 제출 (서류의 사진 촬영본으로 접수 불가)

  - 모든 서류의 영문 성명은 반드시 여권과 동일하게 작성

  - 성적 증명서: 원내 증명서 발급기 또는 홈페이지 대학 생활 증명서 발급을 통한 정식 증명서만 인정(ZEUS 인쇄 및 캡처 이미지는 접수 불가)

  - 모든 제출 서류는 비밀번호(보안) 해제 후 제출 요함 - 특히 어학 성적표 보안 해제 확인

  - 성적표 및 기타 증빙자료는 제출일 기준 유효 문서만 인정 (발급예정 문서/성적은 유효하지 않음)

  - 지원서 작성 시 AI( 인공지능) 활용을 금하며, 지원서는 본인이 직접 작성하여야 함

We would like to announce the selection process for the 2027 Spring Semester Outbound Mobility Program (Overseas Exchange Students) at our partner university under the international student exchange agreement. We encourage interested students to apply. You can refer to the selection notice in English attached.

 

1. Host Universities

  : 18 available universities for the Spring 2027 semester.

 

2. Program Duration

  : Spring 2027 semester (Approx. January 2027 – July 2027; specific dates vary by host university).

 

3. Eligibility

  : Undergraduate students currently enrolled in their 2nd to 4th year (within 7 semesters) as of the Spring 2027 semester.

 

4. Selection Quota

  : 2 students per university.(6 Students for WSU, Australia)

 

5. Selection Schedule

  : The schedule below is a general guide. Results will be sent via email to all applicants as soon as they are finalized.

7. Submission Deadline: Until September 14, 2026 (Mon)

  - Only applications received by email within the deadline are valid (emails received on or after September 15 will not be accepted)

  - Inquiries regarding application submission will be answered until 6:00 PM, Monday, September 14

  - All required documents must be received by the application deadline. No supplementary submission of language proficiency test scores will be accepted after the deadline.

 

8. Required Documents

① 2027 Spring Mobility Program Application Form (1 copy)

  - Application form Includes Basic information, Study Plan and Personal Statement (English or Korean)

② Official Academic Transcript in English (1 copy)

③ English Proficiency Test Score Report (1 copy / e.g., TOEFL, TOEIC, IELTS, CEFR, etc.)

④ Supporting Documents for extracurricular activities (if applicable)

  - Proof of awards, volunteer activities, or other achievements mentioned in the application.

9. Important Notes

  - Format: All documents must be submitted in A4 size PDF format only.

  - Compress all required documents into a single .zip file before submitting.

  - If information is inaccurate or documents are missing, the applicant will be automatically excluded from the selection process without further notice.

  - All documents must be submitted as scanned files. (Photographs of documents are not accepted.)

  - English Name: Ensure your English name on all documents matches your passport exactly.

  - Only official transcripts issued via on-campus kiosks or the official website are accepted. (ZEUS printouts or screen captures are not accepted.)

  - All submitted files must have passwords/security encryption removed. Please double-check that language score reports are not password-protected.

  - Transcripts and supporting documents must be valid as of the submission date. (Documents or scores scheduled for future issuance are not accepted.)

  - International students are responsible for personally verifying their Korean visa status and their eligibility for overseas travel under their current scholarship terms.

  - The application must be written by the applicant. The use of AI (artificial intelligence) in preparing the application is prohibited
