기혼자아파트 2차 리모델링 및 E동 잔여호실 대학생활관 전환 운영 안내

 

기혼자아파트 거주자 여러분께

안녕하십니까? 입학학생처장입니다.

 

우리 기관은 노후 시설 개선 및 학생 주거수요에 대응하기 위하여 기혼자아파트 리모델링을 단계적으로 추진하고 있습니다. 앞서 2026년 2월 말 1차 리모델링 공사를 완료하였으며, 당시 E동 일부 층 거주 세대의 협조를 통해 F동으로의 이동이 이루어졌고, 해당 공간은 현재 대학생활관으로 전환하여 운영 중에 있습니다.

 

이와 관련하여, 2026년 하반기에는 기혼자아파트 잔여 세대 및 공실 호실에 대한 추가 리모델링을 추진할 예정입니다. E동 잔여 세대 및 F동 공실에 대한 리모델링 완료 이후에는 E동 전체를 대학생 생활관으로 전환하고, 기혼자아파트는 F동 및 G동 중심으로 재편하여 운영하고자 합니다.

 

이는 최근 증가하고 있는 학생 주거 수요에 대응하고, 보다 안정적이고 효율적인 주거 공간 운영 체계를 마련하기 위한 불가피한 조치임을 너그러이 이해하여 주시기 바랍니다.

 

현재까지의 추진 현황 및 향후 계획은 아래와 같습니다.

 

1. 추진 현황(~2026년 5월)

  - E동 리모델링 미실시 세대(19실) 및 F동 공실(24실) 리모델링 공사계획 수립

  - 리모델링 예산 확보

  - 공사 의뢰 완료 및 설계·입찰 절차 추진 중(건설팀)

   ※ 1차 리모델링: 총 55실 실시, E동 29개 호실 87명 수용 중

 

2. 향후 추진 예정 사항 (2026년 5월 이후)

  - 공사 관련 설계 및 입찰 등 행정절차 진행(관련부서:건설팀, 계약팀, 학생팀)

  - 시공업체 선정 후 세부 일정 확정 및 거주자 별도 안내 예정

  - E동 잔여 세대(거주 17세대)에 대한 이동 계획 안내(E동→F동 이동)

  - 2026년 이내 공사 진행 및 이동 완료를 목표로 함

- 이후 잔여 F동 호실에 대하여 기존 F동 거주자 대상으로 추가 이동 희망 여부 조사·진행할 예정

  (상기 리모델링 호실 수는 세대 이동 의견에 따라 변동 가능성 있음)

공사 및 세대 이동 과정에서 불편이 발생할 수 있는 점 깊이 양해 부탁드리며, 보다 나은 주거환경 조성을 위한 사업이 원활히 추진될 수 있도록 거주자 여러분의 협조를 부탁드립니다.

2nd-Phase Remodeling of the Married Student Apartments and Building E Conversion Plan

 

To all residents of the Married Student Apartments,

Greetings. This is the Dean of Student Affairs and Admissions.

 

GIST has been carrying out the Married Student Apartment remodeling project in phases in order to improve aging facilities and respond to increasing student housing demand. As previously announced, the first phase of the remodeling project was completed at the end of February 2026. At that time, with the cooperation of several households residing on certain floors of Building E, residents were relocated to Building F, and the remodeled spaces are currently being operated as undergraduate student dormitory rooms.

 

In this regard, additional remodeling work for the remaining occupied units and vacant rooms of the Married Student Apartments is planned for the second half of 2026. After the remodeling work for the remaining units in Building E and the vacant rooms in Building F is completed, Building E will be operated as undergraduate student dormitories. Accordingly, the Married Student Apartments will mainly be operated in Buildings F and G.

 

We kindly ask for your understanding that these measures are unavoidable in order to accommodate the increasing demand for student housing and to ensure more stable and efficient operation of student residential facilities.

 

The current progress and future plans are as follows:

 

1. Current Progress (as of May 2026)

- Remodeling plans established for:

· Remaining unremodeled units in Building E (19 rooms)

· Vacant units in Building F (24 rooms)

- Remodeling budget secured

- Construction request completed; design and bidding procedures currently underway (Construction Team)

※ First remodeling phase completed for a total of 55 rooms

※ Currently accommodating 87 students in 29 rooms of Building E

 

2. Future Plans (After May 2026)

- Administrative procedures related to design, bidding, and construction to proceed (Relevant departments: Construction Team, Contract Team, Section of Student Services)

- Detailed construction schedule to be finalized after contractor selection, with separate notice to residents

-Relocation plan for the remaining households in Building E

(Building E → Building F) to be announced separately

Construction and relocation are planned to be completed within 2026

 

3. Status of Rooms Subject to Remodeling (Total: 43 Rooms)

Afterward, current residents of Building F may also be surveyed regarding additional room relocation requests for the remaining available units in Building F
