[G-SURF] 2025년 G-SURF 시행 안내

 

 

 

2025년 G-SURF 프로그램은 올해로 시행 15년째를 맞습니다.

 

학사과정 재학생이 대학원 실험실에서 연구과제 수행경험을 쌓을 수 있는 좋은 기회입니다.

 

학생 여러분의 많은 관심과 참여 바랍니다.

 

 

 

 ■ 주요내용

 

   ○ 프로그램명: 2025년 G-SURF(GIST Summer Undergraduate Research Fellowship)

 

     ○ 기간: 2025. 6. 23.(월) ~ 8. 22.(금)까지 총 8주 (여름휴가 1주일 제외)

 

   ○ 참가대상: 학사과정 재학생 2~4학년 중 총 50명 내외

 

   ○ 참여 실험실: 총 63개 실험실 (※ 참여 실험실은 추가, 변경될 수 있음)

      * 전컴(6), AI융합(10), 반도체(2), 물리광(4), 화학(8), 수리과학(2), 신소재(10),

            기계로봇(5), 환경·에너지(8), 생명(6), 의생명(2)

 

       - 실험실 리스트 및 참여실험실 소개(학부별)참고

 

 

     ○ 연구장학금 지급: 대학에서 30만원 지급, 해당 지도교수님이 최소 30만원 matching

 

     ○ 참가학생 의무사항

 

      * 연구계획서 및 연구보고서 작성(영문 작성 권함), 제출

      * 연구보고서 및 abstract 제출(연구기간 마지막 주)

      * Poster Session 참가(포스터세션 개최일 별도 공지 예정)

           ※ Poster Session 불참 및 단순히 포스터 부착만 하고 참가하지 않은 경우 모두                수료 미인정

      * 지도교수와의 협의에 따른 연구실 출·퇴근

   1.참여희망실험실 지도교수님께 제출

    2. 학생팀에 참가확인서 제출

       ⇒ [별첨2]참가확인서(G-SURF 지도교수님 서명要) ~ 5. 30.(금)까지

 

         ※ 대학 A동 322호(학생팀), 조동선

 

 

    3. 전체 Matching 결과 발표: ~ 6. 4.(수)

 

    4. 지도교수님과 학생팀에 각각 제출

       ⇒ [별첨3]연구계획서 ~ 6. 10.(화)까지

 

 

     ※ 비대면 승인 및 제출 가능

     - 교수님께 비대면(이메일)으로 승인을 받을 경우, 해당 승인 메일 첨부(캡처 또는             전달)하여 제출

    - 비대면 제출: tscho@gist.ac.kr / 참가확인서 및 연구계획서 등 스캔본으로 

         제출 요망

[G-SURF] 2025 G-SURF Implementation Guide

 

The 2025 G-SURF program, which is in its 15th year this year,

is a great opportunity for undergraduate students to gain experience conducting research projects in graduate school laboratories.

We look forward to your interest and participation.

 

■ Main contents

 

- Event name: 2025 G-SURF (GIST Summer Undergraduate Research Fellowship)

 

- Period: 2025. June 23. (Mon) ~ August 22. (Fri) for a total of 8 weeks

(excluding 1 week of summer vacation)

 

- Participants: Approximately 50 students in the 2nd to 4th year of undergraduate courses

 

- Participating labs: A total of 63 labs

(※ Participating labs may be added or changed)

 

¹ Lab list and introduction of participating labs (by department)

 

- Research scholarship payment: 300,000 won paid by the university, matching minimum of 300,000 won by the relevant professor

 

- Requirements for participating students

* Write and submit a research plan and research report (recommended to be written in English)

* Submit a research report and abstract (last week of the research period)

* Participate in the Poster Session (the date of the Poster Session will be announced separately)

※ Failure to attend the Poster Session or simply attaching a poster and not participating will not be recognized as completion

* Lab attendance and commuting according to agreement with the professor

1. Submit to the professor of the lab you wish to participate in:
