  1. 최종 매칭결과: 총 71명 참가 (52개 실험실)

 

  2. 확인사항: 본인 지원실험실 맞게 기재되었는지 여부, 지원자 명단 누락여부 등

 

  3. 제출서류

 

      가. 연구계획서 제출: 2025. 6. 11.(수)까지 지도교수님 서명을 받은 연구계획서 제출

        (내선 3604, tscho@gist.ac.kr)

        ＊ 교수님께 비대면으로 승인을 받은 경우, 해당 승인 메일을 첨부하여 비대면 제출가능

         (스캔본 제출 요망)

        ＊ 연구계획서를 이미 제출한 학생은 다시 제출하지 않아도 됨

 

      나. 연구보고서 및 abstract: 2025. 8. 22(금)까지 제출(추후 공지 예정)

 

           ※ 연구계획서, 연구보고서 및 abstract 제출은 모든 G-SURF 참가학생 의무사항임

   ○ 기간: 2025. 6. 23.(월) ~ 8. 22.(금)까지 총 8주 (여름휴가 1주일 제외)

 

   ○ 연구장학금 지급: 학생팀에서 30만원 지급(7.23.(수)),

                                해당 지도교수 최소 30만원 Matching 함(8. 22.(금))

 

   ○ 참가학생 의무사항

      - 연구계획서 제출

      - 연구보고서 및 Abstract 제출(연구기간 마지막 주)

      - Poster Session 참가(포스터세션 개최일 별도 공지 예정)

      - 지도교수와의 협의에 따른 연구실 출·퇴근

      - Poster Session: 2025. 8. 25.(월) ~ 8. 29.(금) 중 하루

[G-SURF] 2025 G-SURF Final Matching Results and Future Schedule Announcement

 

  We are announcing the 2025 G-SURF Final Matching Results.

 

  Please check the contents and contact us immediately if there are any problems.

 

   1. Final Matching Results: A total of 71 participants (52 laboratories)

 

   2. Confirmation: Whether the lab you applied to is listed correctly, whether there are any omissions in the 

      applicant list, etc.

 

   3. Submission documents

 

     A. Submission of research plan:

        Submit a research plan signed by the professor by Wednesday, June 11, 2025

        (Ext. 3604, tscho@gist.ac.kr)

         ＊ If you have received approval from the professor remotely, you can submit the approval email remotely

          (Submit a scanned copy)

         ＊ Students who have already submitted the research plan do not need to submit it again

 

     B. Research report and abstract: Submit by Friday, August 22, 2025

        (To be announced later)

 

         ※ Submission of the research plan, research report, and abstract is

          mandatory for all G-SURF participating students

■ 2025 G-SURF Future Schedule and Key Contents

 

    ○ Period: 8 weeks from June 23 (Mon) to August 22 (Fri), 2025 (excluding one week of summer vacation)

 

    ○ Research Scholarship Payment:

       - 300,000 won paid by the student team(July 23 (Wed)),

       - Matching of at least 300,000 won by the professor(August 22 (Fri))

 

    ○ Obligations of participating students

       - Submit research plan

       - Submit research report and abstract (last week of research period)

       - Participate in poster session

         (poster session date to be announced separately)

       - Lab attendance and commuting according to consultation with professor

       - Poster Session: One day between August 25 (Mon) and August 29 (Fri), 2025
