■  실외기 설치(4/9~ )

  - 실외기 설치는 외부 대학기숙사와 제2학생회관 사이 인도에 임시 보관

  - 추후 크레인을 이용하여 설치 예정

■  추가안내사항

1. 복도 내 자재 적치 : 각 호실에 설치예정인 실내기를 해당 층 복도(호실앞)에 일시 적치할 예정으로 일부 통행에 불편이 발생할 수 있으므로 양해 바랍니다.

2. 호실 방문 작업(총 3회)

 ① 실내기 철거(완료) → ② 실내기 설치(4/1~) → ③ 리모컨 설치(4/13~) → ④ 전기결선(4/20~) → ⑤ 시운전(4/20~)

  ※ 실내기 설치 외 리모컨 설치 전기결선 등 작업을 위해 호실 추가 방문 할 수 있음을 안내드립니다.

대학생활관 A동 에어컨 교체 안내

 

건설팀 주관으로 대학생활관 A동의 노후 에어컨(실내기 및 실외기 포함) 교체 작업을 진행합니다.

아래 내용을 확인하시고 협조 부탁드립니다.

 

■ 작업 일정

  - 전체 기간: 2026.03.26.(목) ~ 2026.05.29.(금)

  - 실내기 철거: 2026.03.30.(월) ~ 2026.04.03.(금)

  - 실내기 설치: 2026.04.03.(금) ~ 2026.05.12.(화)

      ※ 세부 일정은 변경될 수 있음

      ※ 해당기간에 호실내 작업자가 출입 할 수 있음

 

■  작업 내용

 1. 대상 : 대학생활관 A동

  ✔ 제외 호실 (총 28개 호실)

      ※ 해당 호실은 신규 증축된 리모델링 호실로 이번 교체 대상이 아닙니다.

 

 2. 내용: 천정형 실내기 및 실외기 교체, 배관 작업(비닐커버 보양 작업 포함)

      ※ 삼성에어컨으로 변경 설치 예정

 

■ 작업 순서 및 진행 방식

    1층부터 실시, 3월30일 부터는 에어컨 철거 → 4월~5월 중 실내기 교체

 1. 오전 9시 방문 및 점검

   -  시설운영팀 직원+교체업체 직원 2명 방문/재실 확인 후 방문

   -  부재 시 관리실에서 개문 예정

       → 해당 일자에 부재하거나 장기 출장 시는 1층 생활관 관리실로 미리 알려주시어 작업이 진행될 수 있도록 협조하여 주시기 바랍니다.

 2. 비닐커버 보양 후 천정형 실내기 교체 및 배관 작업

 3. 작업시간은 호실당 약 2시간 30분 ~ 3시간 소요

 4. 작업 후 보양 제거 및 내부 정리

 5. 시운전 진행

 

■ 협조 요청 사항

 1. 오전 9시부터 작업이 시작되므로 거주학생의 양해 부탁드립니다.

    (9시 이전 시간에도 작업도구 및 실내외기 이동 등 사전작업으로 소음이 발생할 수 있습니다.)

 2. 복도에 통행이 가능하도록 공간을 확보해 주시기 바랍니다.

    (미확보 시 작업 불가 및 전 호실 일정이 지연될 수 있음)

 3. 작업 중 소음 및 이동이 많으므로 가능한 퇴실을 권장합니다.

 4. 작업 후 호실을 확인하시기 바랍니다.

 5. 작업 후 먼지 청소 시에 호실 내의 수도를 사용할 수 있으므로 양해 부탁드립니다.

 6. 천장 작업 시 청장 일부를 갈아내는 작업을 병행할 수 있어 먼지가 발생할 수 있습니다.

     → 이불 및 개인 물품은 비닐 커버로 보호해 주시기 바랍니다. (비닐 커버 필요시 사감실에 요청)

 7. 작업 상황에 따라 일정이 연장될 수 있습니다.

 8. 귀중품 및 개인 소지품은 반드시 별도 보관하시기 바랍니다.

Notice of Air Conditioner Replacement in UG Dormitory Building A

 

The Construction Team will carry out replacement work for old air conditioners (including both indoor and outdoor units) in Dormitory Building A.

Please review the information below and cooperate with the process.

■ Work Schedule

  - Overall Period: March 26, 2026 (Thu) ~ May 29, 2026 (Fri)

  - Indoor Unit Removal: March 30, 2026 (Mon) ~ April 3, 2026 (Fri)

  - Indoor unit installation: April 3, 2026 (Fri) – May 12, 2026 (Tue)

   ※ The schedule is subject to change

   ※ Workers may need to access rooms during the specified period.

 

■ Scope of Work

 1. Target Area : UG Dormitory Building A

   ✔ Excluded Rooms (28 rooms)

     ※ These rooms are newly renovated and are not included in this replacement.

 

 2. Datails: Replacement of ceiling-mounted indoor units and outdoor units, Piping work (including installation of protective covering)

    ※ The existing air conditioners will be replaced with SAMSUNG air conditioners.

 

■  Work Procedure and Process

  - Work will begin from the 1st floor.

  - Starting March 30, air conditioner removal will begin, followed by indoor unit replacement from April to May

 

1. Room Inspection at 9:00 AM

   - A Facility Operations Team staff member and 2 workers from the replacement company will visit your room

  - If you will be absent on the scheduled date or will be away for an extended period, please inform the 1st floor management office in advance so that the work can proceed smoothly

 2. Installation of protective covering, followed by ceiling-mounted indoor unit replacement and piping work

 3. Estimated Work Time: Approximately 2.5 to 3 hours per room

 4. Removal of protective coverings and cleaning after completion

 5. System test run (trial operation)

 

■ Cooperation Requests

 1. Work will begin from 9:00 AM, and we ask for your understanding.

    (Please note that noise may occur before 9:00 AM due to preparatory work such as moving tools and indoor/outdoor units.)

 2. Please make sure there is enough space in the room corridor for movement.

    (If the space is not secured, the work cannot proceed and the overall schedule for all rooms may be delayed.)

 3. Due to noise and movement during the work, leaving your room is recommended.

 4. Please check your room after the work is completed.

 5. Please note that the water supply in your room may be used for cleaning dust after the work

 6. During the work on the ceiling-mounted unit, part of the ceiling may need to be cut open, which may generate dust.

    → If you need to cover bedding or personal belongings, please collect protective vinyl from the dormitory office in advance and cover your items beforehand.

 7. The schedule may be extended depending on work conditions.

 8. Please store valuables and personal belongings separately and securely.
