2026학년도 학생단체(동아리) 등록 공고를 다음과 같이 안내드립니다.

 

1. 신청기간

2026. 3. 23.(월) ~ 2026. 4. 10.(금) 18:00

 

2. 신청조건

① 단체 지도교수 확보

② 단체의 목적 및 활동범위가 전 학생을 대상으로 함

③ 10인 이상의 정규회원 유치 또는 유지

 

3. 제출서류(붙임2)

① 학생단체 등록신청서

② 지도교수 취임 승낙서

③ 금년 활동계획서 및 예산서

④ 회원(재등록) 명단

* 회원 개별 서명 필수

⑤ 회칙

⑥ 전년도 활동 및 결산보고서(재등록만 해당)

⑦ 동아리방 사용 신청서

⑧ 지원금 신청서

 

4. 제출처

- 대학원동아리: 서류 작성 후 스캔본 이메일 제출(gsa@gist.ac.kr)

- 대학동아리: 서류 작성 후 스캔본 이메일 제출(hwangyeonha@gm.gist.ac.kr)

* 신규 동아리의 경우 동아리연합회에 사전문의 요망

 

5. 유의사항

가. 2025학년도에 등록했던 단체를 유지하기 위해서는 반드시 재등록을 하여야 함.

※ 재등록 하지 않는 경우 등록 취소

나. 창업동아리는 창업진흥센터에 별도 등록

 

6. 동아리 활동 안내

- 동아리지원금 수령 단체는 2026년 활동 및 결산보고 제출(2026. 11. 30.까지)

7. 결과 통보: 5월 내

1. Period

2. Required Registration Criteria

① Securing a faculty adviser for the organization

② Adherence to non-discrimination policy

③ Attracting and maintaining at least ten student members

 

3. Required Documents (Attachment 2)

① Student club registration application

② Signed commitment from a faculty adviser

③ Proposed annual budget and plan

④ Membership list with signatures

* Individual member signatures are required.

⑤ group by-laws

⑥ Report the activities and budget expenses from the previous year (for re-registration)

⑦ Report on the activities and budget expenses for 2026(Only for the club receiving the grant)

⑧ Application for Approval of Events(Use a Room)

⑨ Grant application

 

4. Submission

- Graduate school

After completing the document, submit the scanned documents via email(gsa@gist.ac.kr)

- Undergraduate school

After completing the document, submit the scanned documents via email(hwangyeonha@gm.gist.ac.kr)

* In the case of a new club, prior inquiry with the club association is required(hwangyeonha@gm.gist.ac.kr)

5. Precautions

- To maintain a registered organization from the 2025 academic year, re-registration is required.

※ If there is no re-registration, the organization will be cancelled.

- Start-up clubs need to be registered separately with the Start-up Promotion Center

 

6. Club activity guidelines

- The organization that receives the club subsidy must submit its activity and financial report for 2026 (until November 30, 2026)

 

7. Notification of results: No later than May 31, 2026
