기 안내드린 기혼자아파트 리모델링 공사와 관련하여, 아래와 같이 동별 철거 공사 일정 및 이사업체 방문 일정을 공유드립니다.

1. 동별 공사 일정 안내

공사내용	공실 철거 후 내·외부 보수 공사 진행	공실 보수 및 내외부 공사

 

※ 철거 작업은 약 7~10일 정도 소요될 예정입니다.

※ 공사 일정 및 공사 범위는 현장 여건에 따라 일부 변경될 수 있습니다.

▶ 철거 작업 특성상 강한 소음 및 분진이 발생할 수 있습니다.

 

 

2. (이동대상 호실) 이사업체 방문 일정 안내

- 방문 일자: 2025년 12월 26일(금) ~ 12월 27일(토)

- 방문 업체: 총 2개 이사업체

                (오전 / 오후로 나누어 방문 후 이사 견적 산출 예정)

- 방문 대상: 호실 이동 대상 세대(총 10세대)

- 방문 방법: 업체는 관리실을 경유하여 세대 방문 예정

  ※ 번거로우시겠으나, 원활한 이사 준비를 위해 해당 일정에 협조하여 주시기 바랍니다.

(Married Student Apartments) Notice Regarding the Construction Schedule and Moving Company Visit Schedule

Following our previous notice on the construction of vacant units in the Married Student Apartments, we would like to provide the construction schedule by building and the moving company visit schedule for relocation-eligible households, as detailed below.

 

1. Construction Schedule by Building

Demolition Period	From January 5, 2026	December 30, 2025 – January 5, 2026
Demolition Details	Removal of internal structures and existing facilities (bathrooms, sinks, walls, etc.)	Same as left
Construction Period	From January 12, 2026	From January 6, 2026
Construction Details	Interior and exterior renovation following demolition of vacant units	Repair work and interior renovation of vacant units

 

※ The demolition work is expected to take approximately 7–10 days.

※ The construction schedule and scope may be subject to change depending on on-site conditions.

▶ Please note that significant noise and dust may occur due to the nature of the demolition work.

 

2. Moving Company Visit Schedule (For Relocation-Eligible Households)

- Visit Dates: December 26 (Fri) – December 27 (Sat), 2025

- Moving Companies: Two companies

                               (Visits will be conducted separately in the morning and afternoon to provide estimates)

- Target Households: Relocation-eligible households (total: 10 households)

- Visit Procedure: Moving companies will visit each unit after checking in at the maintenance office
