제41회 과학의 날 포장 및 표창

김인수 교수 등 5명 총리 및 장관표창

교육과학기술부(장관 김도연)는 제41회 과학의 날을 맞아 과학기술분야 유공자들에게 훈, 포장 및 표창을 수여했다. 기념식은  21일 11시 과학기술 창조의 전당 내 대전컨벤션센터에서 산업계, 교육계 인사들과 과학기술 관련 정부기관 단체장 및 수상자 등 1,000여명이 참석한 가운데 개최됐다.

GIST 구성원 중에는 문승현 원장직무대행이 과학기술포장, 김인수 환경공학과 교수가 국무총리표창을 받았다. 또 이탁희 신소재공학과 교수, 이영락 고등광기술연구소 선임연구원, 김미연 선임행정원, 조병관 기술원 등 4명이 교육과학기술부 장관표창을 받았다.

문승현 원장직무대행은 20년 이상 전기투석 등의 막분리 공정 및 토양내 중금속 처리 등 활발한 연구활동을 통해 환경기반기술 확보 및 오염방지 청정기술 산업화에 공헌한 점이 인정돼 포장을 받았다. 김인수 교수는 2006년부터 해수담수화플랜트사업단 단장으로서 국익창출을 위한 연구를 수행하는 등 우수한 연구개발 실적을 거둔 점이 높이 평가됐다. <홍보협력팀, 2008.4.21>

In commemoration of the 41st Science Day(April 21th),  MEST(Ministry of Education, Science, and Technology / Minister Do Yeon Kim) awarded the medal or the commendation to men of merit in the field of Science and Technology. The commemorative ceremony for the 41st Science Day was held on April 21 at the Daejon Convention Center in the Science Technology Hall of Creation. GIST members of the six who were awarded the medal or the commendation as follows.
