광주과학기술원 교직원을 대상으로 갑질 인식수준과 피해현황을 파악하고 갑질근절 대책을 수립하기 위해 갑질 실태조사를 시행하고 있습니다.

연구와 업무로 바쁘신 중에도 설문에 답변해 주신 분들께 감사 말씀을 드립니다.

아직 설문조사에 응답하지 못하신 분들을 위해 8월 14일(금)까지 조사 기간을 연장하게 되었습니다.

갑질실태조사 수탁기관인 「반딧불 컴퍼니」에서 미응답자 분들게 참여 링크를 재발송할 예정입니다.

소요 시간은 10분 정도이니 잠시만 시간을 내시어 답변해주시면 감사하겠습니다.

짧은 시간이지만, 우리 원의 갑질실태 파악과 향후 대책 수립에 큰 도움이 될 것입니다.

<2026년 광주과학기술원 교직원 대상 갑질 실태조사 기간 연장>

□ 조사기간 : 2026. 7. 28.(화) ~ (연장) 2026. 8. 14.(금)까지

□ 조사대상 : 광주과학기술원에 재직중인 교원, 연구원, 직원(기간제 및 휴직자 포함) 중 미응답자

□ 조사방법 : 온라인 설문조사

※ 이메일 또는 모바일 문자 메시지로 설문 링크 발송 예정

□ 조사문항 : 총 34~37문항 (직군에 따라 다름)

□ 참고사항 : 응답자의 정보는 암호화되므로 개인별로 어떤 내용으로 답변했는지에 대하여 기관 차원에서 확인할 수 없습니다.

□ 갑질 실태조사 응답자 대상 이벤트

  - 갑질 실태조사 참여 구성원 중 100명을 추첨하여 아메리카노+디저트 기프티콘을 보내 드립니다.

Dear GIST members,

We are conducting a survey to assess the awareness and current status of Workplace Abuse of Power (Gapjil) within our institution, aiming to establish effective prevention measures.

Thank you very much to everyone who has already taken the time to participate in the survey despite your busy research and work schedules.

 

To ensure everyone has an opportunity to share their input, we are extending the survey deadline until Friday, August 14.

Please note that due to system limitations, this survey is available in Korean only. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause to our international staff. If you are able to complete the survey in Korean, we would deeply appreciate your valuable time and participation to help us create a better workplace.

Our commissioned survey agency, Banditbul Company, will resend the survey link to those who have not yet responded. 

While it is a brief survey, your response will be of great help in understanding the current status of workplace abuse of power and establishing effective measures for our institution.

※ Participation: Voluntary (This survey is not mandatory.)

◦ Confidentiality: This survey is strictly anonymous, and your responses will be handled with complete confidentiality.

◦ Special Event for Participants : A mobile voucher for an Americano & dessert will be randomly given to 100 participants. (Vouchers will be distributed after the survey period closes.)
