This position is a fixed-term contract role from September 2026 to February 2028 (1 year and 6 months).

Please note that the employment period is subject to change based on business needs.

 

* 신규 Process Engineer 주요 업무 (Main Tasks of New Process Engineer)

1. 전자재료 공장 CAPEX 프로젝트 지원 업무 수행
Process Engineer CAPEX 프로젝트 보조 업무 수행
신규 제품 생산을 위한 설비 설치 및 시운전 관리 문서 작업 지원

2. 공정 기술 관리 보조
P&ID, 운전 매뉴얼, 작업절차서 및 SOP 검토 및 개정 문서 최신화 관리
기초적 공정, 안전 및 품질 향상을 위한 기술 보고서 작성
공정, 안전 및 품질 개선을 위한 기초 MOC(변경관리) 관리 업무 보조 수행

3. 생산 공정 관리 (Production Process Management)
원료(RM) 및 제품(Finished Goods) 재고 계획 수립
S&OP 회의를 통한 재고 및 생산 계획 관리 스케쥴링

4. SHEQ 관리 (Safety, Health, Environment & Quality)
EHS팀과 협력하여 안전 및 환경 정책·절차 실행
PSM, HAZOAP관련 문서 최신화 update 관리

 

5. 생산 운영 관리 (Production Management)
생산 계획 수립 생산 레시피 작성 전달 및 생산 일정 관리 지원
생산 실적 및 통계 자료를 상사 및 관련 부서에 보고
원단위 및 Utility 사용량 정리 관리
생산원가 분석 및 개선 관리
정비팀과 협력하여 예방정비(PM), 사후정비(CM), TAR(Turn Around) 실적 정리, 문서 update
생산활동에 필요한 소모품 재고 계획 및 관리 생산 운영 관리 전반

 
6.기타 생산팀장, 생산과장 지시 업무 수행

*학력 및 자격요건 (Education / Qualification)

-전공 무관하나, 화학공학 또는 관련 전공 우대
-우수한 대인관계 및 의사소통 능력 보유
-영어 E-mail 송수신 가능자

*우대사항 (Special Requirements)

-Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word 활용 능력 / SAP 활용 경험
-위험물산업기사 자격 보유자 우대
-화학공장 경험자 우대

 

*Main Tasks of new process engineer:

1. Carry out Electronic material plant CAPEX project as process engineer role

-Supervise the installation and operation of new facilities to produce new products.
-Participate to FAT and SAT for project items and correct the wrong implementation

 

2. Technology Management

-Maintain and optimize process system and implement OpEx
-Review and revise P&ID, operation manual, work procedure and standard(SOPs)
-Prepare technical report to improve process, safety and quality
-Implement MOC to improve process, safety and quality

 

3. Production process management

-Make RM & finish good inventory plan & manage through S&OP meeting

 

 

4. SHEQ management

-Following company and legal EHS requirements, implement the relevant safety and environment protection policies and procedures with EHS team
-To prevent safety incident and environmental release, keep eyes on workplace by frequent patrol and field coaching

 

5.Production management

- Report relevant production records / statistics to supervisor and relevant department in order to plan, set and update production schedules when necessary, regulate workflow to ensure maximum use of capacity and efficiency
- Control the unit ratio and utility consumption and analyze production cost

 

6.Lead and train plant operators

- Lead and train plant operators to ensure safe and stable plant operation

7. Maintain production facility with maintenance team

- Corrective and Preventive maintenance plan, TAR

8. Manage production relevant consumable materials inventory

 

* Education/Qualification:

- BS or higher in chemical engineering or related field is preferred
- Good interpersonal communication skill and fluent in English include comprehensive listening, speech, reading and writing and Native level of Korean.
- Ability to effectively communicate detailed and precise technical requirement, procedures, and results in written and oral format.
- Team player, self-motivated and proactive attitude.

*Special Requirements if any:

- Hazardous Materials Industrial Engineer certification preferred
- Practical experience in chemical plant operations preferred.
- Proficiency in document preparation using Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word is required.
