광주과학기술원(GIST) IGNITE@GIST InnoCORE 연구단에서 미세유체(Microfluidics) 기반 연구를 함께 수행할 우수한 박사후연구원을 다음과 같이 모집합니다.

1.  모집 분야 및 인원

•    분야: Microfluidics / 미세유체 환경 내 미세입자 조작(Microparticle manipulation in microfluidic environment) / 혈액 분리(Blood separation) / 전산유체역학(CFD) / 최적화 기법(Topology optimization) 등

2.  지원 자격

•    박사학위 취득 후 5년 이내인 자 또는 2026년8월 박사학위취득 예정자 (공고 접수 마감일 기준, 상시 임용의 경우 임용일 기준)

※ 박사학위 취득 후 5년을 초과한 경우라도 해당 분야에서 탁월한 역량을 보유한 인재로 인정되는 경우, InnoCORE 사업운영위원회 심의를 거쳐 임용 가능

•    위 분야 관련 연구 경험 및 논문 실적을 보유한 자

•    (우대) 미세유체 소자 설계·제작, 혈액·세포 분리, 전산유체 해석(CFD), 위상·형상 최적화 설계 경험자

3.  처우 및 근무 조건

•    연봉: 연 9,000만원 (제세공과금 및 4대 보험 기관부담금을 포함한 총 인건비 기준) — InnoCORE 사업 박사후연구원 인건비 기준 적용

•    고용: 광주과학기술원(GIST)과 직접 고용계약을 체결하며, GIST 규정 및 InnoCORE 연구단 운영기준에 따름

•    국내외 멀티멘토 협력 연구를 위한 출장·파견 기회 제공 (해외 파견은 3개월 이내)

5.  전형 절차

The IGNITE@GIST InnoCORE research group at the Gwangju Institute of Science and Technology (GIST) invites applications for Postdoctoral Researcher positions in Microfluidics-based research, as detailed below.

2.  Eligibility

•    Applicants who received their Ph.D. within the last 5 years or Ph.D. candidates who are expecting to receive their Ph.D. degrees in August, 2026 (as of the application deadline; for rolling appointments, as of the appointment date)

* Applicants beyond 5 years since the Ph.D. may still be appointed — subject to review by the InnoCORE Program Steering Committee — if recognized as exceptionally qualified in the relevant field.

•    Research experience and a publication record in the areas above

•    (Preferred) Experience in microfluidic device design/fabrication, blood/cell separation, CFD analysis, and topology/shape optimization

3.  Compensation & Terms

•    Annual salary: KRW 90 million per year (gross, inclusive of all taxes and the employer's statutory insurance contributions) — per the InnoCORE postdoctoral personnel-cost standard

•    Employment: Direct employment contract with GIST, in accordance with GIST regulations and the InnoCORE operating standard

•    Opportunities for business trips/secondments for multi-mentor collaborative research (overseas secondment limited to 3 months)
