■ Hiring Process
◦ Step 1: Document Screening

(ii) 2 x the number of openings will be selected
◦ Step 2: Personal Interview
(i) Number of people selected: 1 person (non-face-to-face (video interview) screening)
(ii) Background knowledge and command of English will be tested on the phone interview
