Students are the heart and soul of GIST
Language Exchange Program (Doran Doran: 도란도란) is designed to help Korean and international students understand each other's language and culture by performing language exchange activities. The Language Education Center seeks to recruit Korean and international students who can share their language and culture of their home country to cultivate our learning environment at GIST. We highly encourage you to participate in this program.
1. Campus life
- Information on major campus facilities (using the campus map)
- Library, Club activities, etc.
2. Introduction of special days (Children's Day, Mother's Day, Teacher's Day)
- Introduction of holidays or anniversaries
- Cultural activities on special days (things you do, food you eat, gifts, etc.)
3. Hobby
- What you do when you have extra time
- Things you want to learn as a hobby, etc.
4. Food
- Your favorite/disliked food
- Restaurants you visit often, restaurants you want to recommend, etc.
5. Shopping
- Things you want to buy
- Buying items at the supermarket, ordering online, etc.
6. Heath
- Healthy habits (exercise, sleep, eating)
- Go to hospital (health center, internal medicine), etc.
7. At the Cafe
- Order a drink
- What you do at the café, etc.
8. Hometown
- Introduce your hometown
- Places you frequently visited in your hometown, etc.
9. Travel
- Destinations you want to visit
- What do you want to do on the specific place?
10. Drama, movie, book
- Introduce movies, dramas, and books you enjoyed
- Introduce your favorite actors and writers |
