Position profile:

·    We are looking for scientists with interest and, preferentially, experience in the preparation and/or characterization of nanomaterials. For one position additional experience in AFM and/or related techniques would be a plus but not required.

We are at the

·    Department of Nanobio Materials and Electronics, World Class University (WCU) at the Gwangju Institute of Science and Technology (GIST)

You should have 

·    A PhD degree in either materials science, biology, chemistry, physics, or similar and

·    Interest to work in the interdisciplinary field on nanobio science.

You will be expected to

·    Have a good publication record relevant to your experience

·    Collaborate with other groups on campus and abroad  

We can offer:

·    A full-time position for 1 to 3 years

·    Salary between 25,000,000 and 40,000,000 Won depending on experience and age.

·    Starting date: 1 March 2010 or later

·    International campus in beautiful Chollado province
