광주과학기술원 교직원을 대상으로 갑질 인식수준과 피해현황을 파악하고,

조사 결과를 바탕으로 실효성 있는 갑질 근절 대책을 수립하기 위하여

2026년 GIST 갑질 실태조사를 실시합니다.

 

본 조사는 익명으로 진행되고,

응답 내용은 통계분석 목적으로만 활용하며 통계법 제33조에 의거하여 보호됩니다.

 

연일 연구와 업무로 바쁘시겠지만 잠시 시간을 내셔서 응답에 참여해 주신다면

GIST 구성원의 갑질에 대한 체감도를 확인하고

건강한 조직문화를 만드는 데 필요한 대책을 모색하는 데 많은 도움이 되겠습니다.

<2026년 광주과학기술원 교직원 대상 갑질 실태조사>

□ 조사기간 : 2026. 7. 28.(화) ~ 8. 7.(금)

□ 조사대상 : 광주과학기술원에 재직중인 교원, 연구원, 직원(기간제 및 휴직자 포함)

□ 조사방법 : 온라인 설문조사

                      ※ 이메일 또는 모바일 문자 메시지로 설문 링크 발송 예정

□ 조사문항 : 총 34~37문항 (직군에 따라 다름)

□ 참고사항 : 응답자의 정보는 암호화되므로 개인별로 어떤 내용으로 답변했는지에 대하여 기관 차원에서 확인할 수 없습니다.

□ 갑질 실태조사 응답자 대상 이벤트

- 갑질 실태조사 참여 구성원 중 100명을 추첨하여 아메리카노+디저트 기프티콘을 보내 드립니다.

□ 개인정보처리 위탁에 관한 사항

광주과학기술원(GIST)은 2026년 교직원 갑질 실태조사를 위해 개인정보처리를 위탁하였으며, 위탁내용은 다음과 같습니다.

- 위탁일자 : 2026. 7. 20.

- 수탁기관 : 반딧불컴퍼니

- 위·수탁의 법적 근거 : 개인정보보호법 제15조 제1항 제3호, 제15조 제3항

- 위·수탁 목적 : 광주과학기술원 구성원의 갑질 인식수준과 실태파악을 위한 교직원 대상 설문조사 실시

- 위·수탁 개인정보 항목 : 교원, 연구원, 직원의 직종, 직명, 소속, 핸드폰 번호, 이메일 주소

- 개인정보 보유기간 : 2026년 광주과학기술원 교직원 갑질 실태조사 과업 종료시까지

- 개인정보 파기절차 및 파기방법 : 과업기간 종료 후 지체없이 일괄 영구파기

◦ Confidentiality: This survey is strictly anonymous, and your responses will be handled with complete confidentiality.

◦ Special Event for Participants : A mobile voucher for an Americano & dessert will be randomly given to 100 participants.

                                (Vouchers will be distributed after the survey period closes.)
