매월 11일은 GIST ‘상호존중의 날’입니다.

‘상호존중의 날’은 서로 동등하게 존중하고 배려한다(1=1)는 의미로

매월 11일로 지정하여 실천하는 직장문화 개선 캠페인입니다.

 

갑질 없는 GIST를 위해 상호존중 캠페인에 동참해 주세요!

 

- 올바른 호칭과 존댓말 사용하기

   √ 직위, 직급, 나이를 불문하고 상호간 존중의 호칭과 존댓말 사용하기

   √ 비속어나 반말(야, 너) 사용하지 않기

 

- 존중과 배려 실천하기

   √ 서로 존중하는 언어 사용

   √ 먼저 웃으면서 인사하기

   √ 칭찬 주고받기

 

- 부당한 업무지시 하지 않기

   √ 근무시간외 업무지시, 부당한 업무배제, 사적인 심부름 등 금지

 

- 강요하지 않기

   √ 본인 의사에 반하는 회식문화 강요 등 금지

The 11th of every month is GIST “Mutual Respect Day.”

 

“Mutual Respect Day” is a workplace culture improvement campaign designated on the 11th of each month to put into practice the idea that everyone should treat one another with equal respect and consideration (1 = 1).

 

Please join the mutual respect campaign to help create a GIST free from workplace bullying and the abuse of power.

 

- Use appropriate titles and honorifics

   √ Use respectful titles and polite language toward one another, regardless of position, rank, or age.

 

- Practicing Respect and Consideration

   √ Use respectful language.

   √ Be the first to greet others with a smile.

   √ Exchange sincere compliments.

 

- Assign tasks fairly and ethically

   √ Respect personal time and off-hours.

   √ Ensure fair and inclusive task assignment.

   √ Maintain professional boundaries at all times.

 

- Encourage participation, never force it

   √ Make after-hours social events strictly optional.
