학생 옴부즈퍼슨 모집안내 (Recruit Student Ombuds Person)

안녕하세요.

GIST 권익소통실에서는 우리원 학생들의 민원과 고충을 중립적 위치에서 이해하고

객관적 시각으로 해결하기 위해 아래와 같이 학생 옴부즈퍼슨을 모집하고 있습니다.

 

GIST와 학생 사이의 소통의 연결고리가 되어줄 분들의 많은 지원 바랍니다.

 

□ 모집인원: 대학생 1명, 대학원생 1명, 외국학생 1명(총 3명)

□ 모집기간: 2021. 1. 28. ~ 2021. 2. 9.

□ 모집방법: 첨부양식을 작성하여 이메일로 제출(humanrights@gist.ac.kr)

□ 임 기: 2년

□ 활동내용

  - 학생들의 고민과 고충을 들어주는 듣는 귀 역할

    (때와 장소를 가리지 않고 e-mail, 전화, 대면상담 등 자유로운 방식으로 학생들의 고충·민원 접수 등)

  - 귀로 들은 고민을 GIST에 전달하는 말하는 입 역할

    (접수한 고충과 민원을 총장님 및 관련부서(필요시)에 전달하고 함께 처리하는 활동 등)

  - 처리한 민원을 비밀로 유지하고 기록은 삭제하며, 별도의 사무 공간은 없음

□ 활동비: 별도 수당은 없지만, 상담업무의 처리과정 중 발생하는 활동비 지급(식사비 등)

□ Application Method: Please use the attached form and submit by e-mail.(humanrights@gist.ac.kr)

□ Activity Term: 2 years

□ Activity Contents

  - Receive student distress

    (Anytime and anywhere, receive student distress by any means such as e-mail, telephone, and consultation)

  - Communicate student distress to the GIST

    (Communicate student distress to the president and, if necessary, to the relevant departments)

  - Keep the distress confidential and delete the record, also no separate office space

□ Support Fund: Support fund of costs incurred during ombuds person’s acticity(Meal expenses, etc.)
