GIST 권익소통실에서는

우리 원 학생들의 민원과 고충을

중립적 위치에서 이해하고 객관적 시각으로 해결하기 위해

아래와 같이 학생 옴부즈퍼슨을 모집하고 있습니다.

 

GIST와 학생 사이의 소통의 연결고리가 되어줄 분들의 많은 지원 바랍니다.

 

- 아 래 -

 

□ 모집인원: 대학생 1명, 대학원생 1명, 외국인 학생 1명(총 3명)

□ 모집기간: 2021. 8. 12.(목) ~ 2021. 8. 23.(월) 

□ 모집방법: 첨부양식을 작성하여 이메일로 제출(humanrights@gist.ac.kr)

□ 활동내용

- 학생들의 고민과 고충을 들어주는 듣는 귀 역할 

   (e-mail, 전화, 면담 등 자유로운 방식으로 학생들의 고충·민원 접수) 

- 귀로 들은 고민을 GIST에 전달하는 말하는 입 역할 

   (접수한 고충과 민원을 총장님 및 관련부서(필요시)와 공유하고 함께 처리하는 활동) 

  ※ 처리한 민원 비밀 유지 및 기록 삭제

□ 임 기: 1년

□ 지원내역: 상담업무 처리를 위해 필요한 활동비 지급(식사비 등)

   ※ 별도 수당 및 사무공간은 없음

Recruitment Notice for Student Ombudsperson

From the Office of Human Rights and Mediation,

we are looking for Student Ombudspersons

to resolve GIST student’s difficulties.

□ Number of recruitment: College student (1 person), Graduate Student (1 person), 

Foreign Student (1 person) / 3 people in total 

□ How to apply: Fill out the attached form and e-mail it to: humanrights@gist.ac.kr

□ Period of Application: 12 August 2021 ~ 23 August 2021

□ Main Activities:

- Consult with student about their difficulties

  (by e-mail, telephone, or online interview) 

- Communicate with GIST 

  (Communicate with the President and relevant departments to help resolve student issues)

   ※ Records regarding consultations will be kept confidential

□ Duration of Activities:  1 year

 

□ Details of Support: Expenses incurred by official activities of Ombudsperson

   (Meal expenses, etc) 

   ※ Fixed allowance or separate office space will not be provided
