Position profile:

We are looking for scientists with interest and, preferentially, experience in the preparation and/or characterization of nanomaterials. For one position additional experience in AFM and/or related techniques would be a plus but not required.

We are at the

Department of Nanobio Materials and Electronics, World Class University (WCU) at the Gwangju Institute of Science and Technology (GIST).

You should have

     A PhD degree in either materials science, biology, chemistry, physics, or similar and

     Interest to work in the interdisciplinary field on nanobio science.

You will be expected to

Have a good publication record relevant to your experience Collaborate with other groups on campus and abroad.

We can offer

A full-time position for 1 to 3 years Salary between 25,000,000 and 40,000,000 Won depending on experience and age

Appointment as Res. Prof. requires a strong publication record

Starting date: 1 April 2010 or any time later
