1. For whom: graduate-to-be of August, 2012
2. Procedure
① Print out the attached "Application for Provisional Degree Certificate"
② Fill in all the blanks of "Application for Provisional Degree Certificate" and submit it to Section of Academic and Student Affairs(#202 Admin. Building)
③ You can print out the Provisional Degree Certificate from the certificate machine on the 1st floor of Admin. Building after check of the staff |

1. 대상: 2012년 8월 24일 졸업예정자
2. 절차
1) 붙임의 양식 작성 후 지도교수 확인(서명)
2) 행정동 202호 교학팀 담당자(유상훈)에게 제출
3) 담당자의 확인 후 행정동 1층 증명서발급기에서 자유롭게 출력 가능
