The Academic Records Team at Gwangju Institute of Science and Technology (GIST) has replaced the student certificate kiosk with a new device to provide more convenient and accessible services.

▶ Available Certificates: Certificate of Enrollment, Academic Transcript, Degree (Expected) Certificate

※ The same types of certificates as before are available.

▶ Operating Hours: 24 hours

▶ Payment Methods: Credit card, debit card, and mobile pay only.
※ Please note that cash payments are not accepted.

▶ Barrier-Free Features

• Wheelchair Accessibility: Sufficient space is provided beneath the device, allowing wheelchair users to approach closely and use the kiosk with ease.
• Voice Guidance: A voice guidance function is available for visually impaired users. You may listen through the earphone jack or the built-in speaker.
• Low-Height Screen and Buttons: The screen and control buttons are designed at a lower height, enabling wheelchair users and shorter individuals to operate the device comfortably.
• Multilingual Support: The interface supports multiple languages including English in addition to Korean, so international students can use the kiosk without difficulty.
