UG Dormitory Building C (Married Student Apartments) is an apartment-style facility shared by married graduate students and research staff. Unlike Buildings A and B, access to Building C is relatively unrestricted. Considering the characteristics of the residential environment and overall safety management standards, we kindly ask for your understanding that assignments for lower-year students and female students are restricted.

3. Residency Conditions

· Due to the characteristics and distance of Undergraduate Dormitory C, penalty points for Undergraduate C will be imposed according to the “Graduate Dormitory” penalty standards.

· However, penalty points will be combined with those from Dormitory A and B, and any disciplinary action will follow the Undergraduate Dormitory disciplinary regulations.

· Accordingly, move-out inspections and regular inspections will be conducted under the supervision of the Graduate Dormitory Student Committee.

· In the event of vacancies caused by early move-out or students staying during vacation/seasonal semesters, random roommate assignments with nearby rooms will be made, following the same policy as other Dormitory.

· If fewer than three applicants apply for a unit, residents may be randomly assigned to a nearby unit or reassigned to Dormitory A or B.

· Failure to complete the move-out inspection will result in forfeiture and re-collection of the security deposit (KRW 140,000), in accordance with Dormitory policy.

· If outsourced cleaning is requested, the fee is KRW 300,000 per unit (KRW 100,000 per person).

4. Room Application

· Applications can be submitted through the ZEUS system, the same as for Undergraduate Dormitory A·B
