< Spring 2025 Minor/Double/Advanced Major Exception Cancellation Period Notice >

The exception cancellation period for minor, double, and advanced majors in Spring 2025 is as follows.

1. Eligibility

   - Students expected to graduate in August 2025 who will be unable to complete the requirements for a minor, double, or advanced major must submit an application.

  ※ Based on the preliminary graduation review conducted by each department. Students who are expected to be ineligible for graduation due to failure to meet the primary major requirements are not eligible.

  ※ If additional students are found to be ineligible based on the final grades for Spring 2025, a second exception cancellation period will be announced.

2. Application and Document Submission

   - Online Application Period: June 2 (Mon), 2025, 10:00 – June 4 (Wed), 2025, 23:59

   - Offline Document Submission and Deadline

      * Required Documents and Submission Office: One copy of the exception cancellation application form

        (Academic Records Team (2nd Floor, Administration Building))

       ※ ZEUS > Academic Records > Apply for Cancellation (by category) and Print Application Form

      * Deadline: June 5 (Thu), 2025, by 16:00
