Spring Semester 2025 SW Education - 

Designated MOOC Course Registration and Tuition Reimbursement

Dear Students,

We would like to provide you with information regarding the registration and tuition refund process for the "Designated MOOC" courses that will be conducted online during the Spring Semester 2025 SW Education program.

Registration and Reimbursement Procedures

1. Course Registration: Please register for the relevant course after creating a COURSERA account.

2. Tuition Payment and Reimbursement Process:

• Step 1: Make personal payment during course registration

• Step 2: Complete the course

• Step 3: Submit receipt and completion certificate to the University Support Office

• Step 4: Verification and Reimbursement (scheduled for June)

3. Required Documents for Reimbursement

• Application Form (Attached) 

• Certificate of Completion

• Coursera Subscription Receipt

• Payment Transaction Record (It is recommended to submit payment information in Korean Won (KRW).

4. Course fee Details:

• Course fee for each course → $49 (same for all courses)

• For multiple course enrollment → Subscribe to Coursera Plus for $59 (support available up to a maximum of $60)

• If the course is completed within one week → No course fee will be incurred; only submission of completion certificate is required

5. Grading System: Courses will be graded as S/U (Satisfactory/Unsatisfactory). Credits will be recognized upon submission of the completion certificate.
