“GIST-Hanyang University, Joint Research on Energy·Future Automotive·CT”
GIST (President Seung-Hyeon Moon) and Hanyang University (President Young-Moo Lee) have agreed to work together on energy, future automotive technology, and cultural technology while Seoul COEX on June 10, 2015.
They agreed to actively cooperate in helping Gwangju’s future by developing enterprises and encouraging entrepreneurs. Joint research will be conducted on various R&D projects as well as educational cooperation in social sciences.
They will cooperate on supporting KEPCO and GIST’s ‘Energy Valley Institutes of Technology with the early establishment of energy related start-up companies.
President Seung-Hyeon Moon of GIST said, “GIST and Hanyang University both have the highest level of research capabilities: GIST in energy technologies and Hanyang in future automotive technologies. We will identify strong areas for potential research that can benefit from our cooperation, and we will endeavor to make substantial performance breakthroughs.”
