[Press Release] The first chairman of GIST Alumni Association, Il-Taek Joo For the first chairman of GIST Alumni Association, Il-Taek Joo Alumni had been selected

- Alumni Association held an inaugural assembly on November 17th, GIST Oryong Hall
On November 19th, Gwangju Institute of Science and Technology (GIST· President, Kim Young-Joon) Alumini Association announced, they had hosted an inaugural assembly at GIST Oryong Hall last 17th, and elected Il-Taek Joo (Head of Strategic Business Division, Patent Information Promote Center, Korea Institute of Patent Information, Patent Information Promote Center)as the first chairman of alumni association.
GIST had prepared founding alumni association from last October, composing Alumni Promotion Committee, comprised of Prof. Hong-Joo Lee as a Promotion Chairman and other graduated students, student representative, GTMBA members.
