GIST donates science books to Gwangju"s Regional Children"s Center
Gwangju Institute of Science and Technology (GIST) has donated science books to 16 children"s centers around the Gwangju metropolitan area where the "GIST Learning Zone," a volunteer program for sharing knowledge.
The GIST"s Section of Public Affairs delivered new science-related books worth 600,000 won during a book-donating ceremony at the Regional Children"s Center (Wolgye-dong, Gwangju) on the afternoon of December 27, 2016.
GIST donated the book to the center, and the books will be distributed to other children"s centers around the city. There are 16 children"s centers in the city.
