The 3rd forum of energy experts held at the Energy Valley Institute of Technology
The third forum of energy experts was held at the Energy Valley Institute of Technology on May 24, 2016, with participations of 30 experts from various universities and energy related companies.
Two main presentations were given at this event: "Optimal resource development plan" given by Hae-sung Jung who is the CEO of Master’s Space and "Real-time operations of power system supply" given by Tae-sun Kim who is the director of supply operations at KPX (Korea Power Exchange).
The forum started in March and is held every month. Each event invites speakers who are experts in energy-related fields, and the forum is meant to foster a broader discussion of issues related to the energy sector.
The forum is well regarded by universities and energy-related companies around Gwangju.
The 4th forum will be held on the first floor theater of the GIST Library on June 21, 2016.
