Bohae Company President Won Yong Chae visits GIST
Future cooperation with GIST discussed after touring laboratories in the School of Environmental Science and Engineering and the School of Materials Science and Engineering

Bohae Company President Won Yong Chae visited GIST on October 26, 2015, and discussed future research possibilities with GIST. The Changhae Institute of Technology is a subsidiary of Bohae Company, and their laboratories conduct research and development in such areas as bio-fuels, bio-chemistry, and bio-refinery.
President Chae arrived at GIST at 2:00 pm and was received by GIST President Seung Hyeon Moon in his office. Afterwards, President Chae was given a tour of GIST and met with Professor In Seop Chang of the School of Environmental Science and Engineering and Professor Inchan Kwon of the School of Materials Science and Engineering. The visit resulted in discussions to explore future collaboration between Bohae Company and GIST, including joint-research initiatives.
