Korea Culture Technology Institute signs an MoU with Arts Council Korea

 

 

 

 

 

On September 5, Korea Culture Technology Institute of GIST(Director Cheong Jin-hong) signed an MoU with Arts Council Korea (Chairman Kwon Young-bin) for the promotion of convergence between culture art and science technology.

 

The purpose of the MoU is that the two institutions will cooperate to formulate opportunities to promote exchanges among humanities, arts and science and spread various cultural contents and research capabilities developed through such exchanges to across the cultural industry thereby contributing to the creative economy and cultural prosperity, let alone the advancement of cultural technology.

 

To that end, they agreed to push ahead with the following activities through mutual consultation; △ provide courses and build archive in order to publish Korea’s great artists series △ build and operate a convergence belt for exchanges and cooperation between liberal arts and science technology and △ exchange personnel so as to produce experts in convergence between liberal arts and science.
