Prof. Takhee Lee"s team develop warpable organic memory

Tak-hee Lee, a professor in the School of Materials Science & Engineering at the Gwangju Institute of Science & Technology (GIST, President Jung-ho Sonu) and his research team have succeeded in developing a "flexible organic non-volatile memory device" that operates stably even on a warpable board.
The results of this research led by Mr. Lee and conducted by Yong-Sung Ji, the first-year doctoral student (first author), were featured on the cover of the 28th issue of Advanced Materials (IF : 8.379, volume 22), a prestigious academic journal of materials engineering, Tuesday, July 27.
