GIST Seawater Desalination Plant Project Group introduced in the ‘Electronic Times (ETNEWS)’

The GIST Seawater Desalination Plant Project Group (Group Leader: Professor In Su KIM of the Department of Environment Science and Engineering, left photo) was introduced in the major support field section of the Electronic Times.
The GIST Seawater Desalination Plant Project Group, launched as a constitutional group of “Future Value Creation 10 Major Projects” of the Ministry of Land, Transport and Maritime Affairs in December 2006 is conducting research activities for seawater desalination through the development of reverse osmosis technology.
The group has currently completed developing design technologies and obtaining core base technologies for constructing the world’s biggest reverse osmosis plant.
