Chairman Kyung Hyun Song of Kyoung Hyang Industry, Co., donates 30 million won to the GIST Development Fund

□ Chairman Kyung Hyun Song of Kyoung Hyang Industry, Co., donated 30 million won to the GIST Development Fund at the Gwangju Institute of Science and Technology (GIST, President Seung Hyeon Moon) for the development of GIST Technology Management Academy (GTMBA).

∘ Chairman Kyung Hyun Song is a professional manager who has led Kyoung Hyang Industry, Co., for more than 20 years. With the aim of realizing the value of being environmentally friendly, it currently operates two subsidiaries, namely Kyunghyang and Chunhyang Cell.

□ Chairman Kyung Hyun Song said, "After completing the 4th GTMBA, I noticed the positive impact of GIST's remarkable development and growth on the local economy, and GTMBA has helped to spread its ideals in the wider world and contribute to the local economy and the nation. Therefore, I decided to donate to GIST Development Fund."

□ The donation ceremony for the GIST Development FUnd was held on December 19, 2017, with the participation of President Seung Hyeon Moon his staff. The donation fund will be used for scholarships.
