Applications for Research Scientist Position

Advanced Photonics Research Institute (APRI) at Gwangju Institute of Science and Technology (GIST) invites applications for several experienced research scientist positions. (Senior Research Scientist, Principal Research Scientist)

1. Suitable Areas include, but are not limited to, fs lasers and applications, laser physics, optical signal processing systems in communications, nonlinear optics, laser spectroscopy, photonics integration technology such as biophotonics, nanophotonics, micro-optics, etc.

* Candidates should have obtained their Ph.D. by February 2005.

2. Applicants should fill out the attached application documents and send them with the degree certificate to Team of General Affairs and Facility at GIST, 1 Oryong-dong, Buk-gu, Gwangju, 500-712 Korea by Dec. 29, 2004.
