Program of Visiting Alma Maters
The Team of Academic and Students Affairs (TASA) at GIST is planning to send GIST international students to their home countries and alma maters through the Program of Visiting Alma Maters from 2008.
The primary objective of the Program of Visiting Alma Maters is to promote GIST and to advertise our excellent international students.

A. Details:
Participants
- Ph.D. Students / ONLY one time during study at GIST
Visiting period
- Maximum 15 days
Approval of Academic Advisor
- As part of their application, applicants have to have show prior approval
from their advisor.
Information (PR) activities
- Participants will have to distribute leaflets, brochures,
and post GIST information posters.
(TASA and CISS will provide the leaflets, brochures, and posters.)
- Participants will have to promote GIST to international students
and to consult with international students about benefits of studying at GIST.

B. Requirements & Supports
Requirements : Each applicant must individually complete the form

Supports:
- Round-trip Airfare (economy class): maximum 1,500,000 KRW
- Activity Expenses: maximum 500,000 KRW
