Reaxys(formerly CrossFire) was updated on January 31st, 2010.

Some of the highlights include:

Auto-Search Feature
If an "As Drawn" search has no hits, Reaxys will perform a "substructure on heteroatoms" search, and if no hits are found at this stage, Reaxys will then search for "substructure on all atoms“.

Note: if a structure/reaction query is combined with a factual query then this feature is turned off.

Substances and Properties Query Page - Form-based Search
Additional parameter fields have been added and the operator PROXIMITY has been implemented where suitable (Physical Data and Spectroscopic Data sections)

Hit Only
Hit Only views have been implemented for reactions

New Navigation tool
If a user starts scrolling in a hitset a tool will appear in the upper right corner allowing him to go to top/bottom/next hit or previous hit, thus making hitset browsing more effective
 
Cited-By information from Scopus
The previously empty ‘Times cited’ column in Citation tab now shows the cited-by counts from Scopus
