Cooperation for participating in the 2010 Eastern European International Joint Workshop
As a result of promoting exchanges and cooperation with excellent universities worldwide and attracting excellent students for the purpose of global campus development, which is our main project, we signed exchanges and cooperation contracts with 46 universities from 22 countries so far, and 98 foreign students from all over the world are endeavoring in researches in our institute, thereby building an international campus both nominally and virtually.

In this process, as a result of the GIST president’s visit to major universities in the eastern Europe in February 2010, we became able to hold international joint workshops with the top class universities in 4 eastern European countries including

We hope that this international joint workshop will be a good opportunity for the presidents and professors of the top universities in the above-mentioned 4 countries to proactively promote excellent research performances and capacities of our institute to the eastern European countries, and a cornerstone for attracting excellent students from the eastern European countries.
We earnestly ask for active participation of professors so that this first event with excellent universities in the eastern European countries could be a success, and further, request for more attention and participation of students.
In this workshop, there will be a lecture by the president of University of Babes-Bolyai, which has a history of 400 years, and research presentations and discussion of prominent foreign scholars, so please instruct as many students as possible to participate in the event.
