Dear GIST Students, This is to inform the additional procedure to apply for a change of student status. Applications which intend to change your student status shall reach your school (or department) office. Your school (or department) coordinator will give you a photocopy of your application document on which he (or she) put a stamp with the received date, and his (or her) name and signature as the proof of reception. Please make sure that you keep the copy just for the case to prove your application. The change of student status includes the voluntary withdrawal, the re-entry, the leave of absence, the reinstatement and as such. The change is effective as of Sept. 1, 2014. Sincerely,
