Open Tuesday: A Time to Meet with the President

It is my promise to the members of our Institute that I announced at my inauguration.
I will make myself freely available to meet with any member of our Institute

Requesting a Meeting for Open Tuesday

- The president’s office will be open from noon to 3 p.m. every Tuesday.

- This is an opportunity to meet with the president regardless of issue or purpose.

- In order to avoid overlapping of appointments, the schedule will be adjusted after reviewing the submitted meeting requests.

- Procedure for Requesting an Appointment

1. Click the request menu on the website.
2. Fill in the request details along with consent to the provision of personal information.
3. Complete the request application and receive notification (via email or text message).
4. Meeting with the president.
