□ Cleaning will be conducted for the air conditioning and heating units in Hara-Hall.

□ Workers will visit during this period.

□ Please remove all items and food stored under the air conditioning and heating units by February 24 to prevent potential damage

(A post-cleaning inspection of Hara-Hall will be conducted.)
