국외 학생 교류 협정을 체결한 협력대학에의 정규 학기 파견 프로그램인 2026 가을학기 Outbound Mobility Program(해외 파견 교환학생) 참가생을 아래와 같이 선발하고자 하오니 관심있는 학생들의 많은 지원 바랍니다.

1. 파견대학: 2026년 가을학기 파견 가능한 17개 학교

2. 파견기간: 2026년 가을학기 (2026년 9월 ~ 2027년 2월 중, 파견 학교 별 상이)

3. 지원자격: 학부 재학생 2학년 ~ 4학년(7학기 이내) 학부 재학생 (2026년 가을학기 기준)

4. 선발정원: 학교별 2명

5. 선발일정: 하단 일정은 가이드 일정이며 전형 결과는 나오는대로 전체학생(합/불합격) 메일로 안내 예정임

※ 학생들은 지원 전 기관별 Fact Sheet를 반드시 확인하여 파견 희망 학교의 지원 요건 등을 확인해야 함. (Fact Sheet가 없는 경우 해당 학교 홈페이지 확인 요망.)

※ 학교별 어학 요구사항이 다르므로, 지원하고자 하는 학교의 어학 기준을 학생 스스로 반드시 확인하고 지원해야 함.

  - 메일 제목(Title of the Email): 2026년 가을학기 Mobility Program 참가 지원서_학번 이름

 

7. 제출기한: ~ 2026. 3. 18.(수)

    * 기한 내 메일 접수지원서만 유효합니다.(3/18 23:59:59 까지 모든 서류가 접수되어야 함. 3/19 00:00 도착 건부터는 접수하지 않음.)

 

8. 제출서류

  ① 2026년 가을학기 Mobility Program 지원서(양식 일체) 1부

    - 지원서, 학업계획서-자기소개서(영문 또는 국문)

  ② 성적증명서(영문) 1부

  ③ 어학성적표(TOEFL or TOEIC or IELTS or CEFR 등) 1부 (내용 증빙)

  ④ 기타 각종 수상실적, 봉사활동 등 지원서 기재 활동 증빙 자료 (해당자에 한함)

9. 유의사항

  - 모든 제출서류는 A4규격 PDF형식만 접수 가능

  - 서류 제출 시 모든 서류를 1개의 zip 파일로 압축하여 제출

  - 서류 기재 사항이 부정확하거나 미비 서류가 있는 경우, 별도의 안내 없이 선발 대상에서 자동 제외

  - 모든 제출서류는 스캔 파일로 제출 (서류의 사진 촬영본으로 접수 불가)

  - 모든 서류의 영문 성명은 반드시 여권과 동일하게 작성

  - 성적증명서: 원내 증명서 발급기 또는 홈페이지 대학 생활 증명서 발급을 통한 정식 증명서만 인정(ZEUS 인쇄 및 캡쳐 이미지는 접수 불가)

  - 모든 제출서류는 비밀번호(보안) 해제 후 제출 요함 - 특히 어학성적표 보안 해제 확인

  - 성적표 및 기타 증빙자료는 제출일 기준 유효문서만 인정 (발급예정 문서/성적은 유효하지 않음)

We would like to announce the selection process for the 2026 Spring Semester Outbound Mobility Program (Overseas Exchange Students) at our partner university under the international student exchange agreement. We encourage interested students to apply. You can refer to the selection notice in English attached.

 

1. Host Universities

  : 17 available universities for the Fall 2026 semester.

 

2. Program Duration

  : Fall 2026 semester (Approx. September 2026 – February 2027; specific dates vary by host university).

 

3. Eligibility

  : Undergraduate students currently enrolled in their 2nd to 4th year (within 7 semesters) as of the Fall 2026 semester.

 

4. Selection Quota

  : 2 students per university.

 

5. Selection Schedule

  : The schedule below is a general guide. Results will be sent via email to all applicants as soon as they are finalized.

7. Submission Deadline: Until March 18, 2026 (Wed)

  - Only applications received within the deadline are valid

  - All documents must be submitted by 23:59:59 on March 18. Applications arriving from 00:00 on March 19 will not be accepted.

 

8. Required Documents

  ① 2026 Fall Mobility Program Application Form

    - Includes Application form, Study Plan, and Personal Statement (English or Korean)

  ② Official Academic Transcript in English (1 copy)

  ③ English Proficiency Test Score Report (1 cop / e.g., TOEFL, TOEIC, IELTS, CEFR, etc.)

  ④ Supporting Documents (if applicable)

    - Proof of awards, volunteer activities, or other achievements mentioned in the application.

9. Important Notes

  - Format: All documents must be submitted in A4 size PDF format only.

  - Compress all required documents into a single .zip file before submitting.

  - If information is inaccurate or documents are missing, the applicant will be automatically excluded from the selection process without further notice.

  - All documents must be submitted as scanned files. (Photographs of documents are not accepted.)

  - English Name: Ensure your English name on all documents matches your passport exactly.

  - Only official transcripts issued via on-campus kiosks or the official website are accepted. (ZEUS printouts or screen captures are not accepted.)

  - All submitted files must have passwords/security encryption removed. Please double-check that language score reports are not password-protected.

  - Transcripts and supporting documents must be valid as of the submission date. (Documents or scores scheduled for future issuance are not accepted.)

  - International students are responsible for personally verifying their Korean visa status and their eligibility for overseas travel under their current scholarship terms.
