2026 대학원 생활관 8동 1인실 입주 신청 안내

 

2026년도 대학원 생활관 8동 1인실 입주 신청에 대해 아래와 같이 안내드립니다.

 

 

모집 개요

· 지원 가능자: 기존 생활관 재실자 중 아래 학위과정 재학생 (원외 거주자는 지원 불가)

· 1~3층: 석사과정, 박사과정(본원 석사과정 졸업 후 박사과정 진학예정자 포함), 석박사 통합과정 대학원생

· 4~6층: 박사과정 2학기 이상, 석박사 통합과정 6학기 이상 대학원생

· 1~3층과 4~6층 중복 지원 불가

· 거주 제한 기간: 1년 (2027년 2월 퇴거 예정)

· 예비 당첨자를 일부 추첨하며, 공실 발생 시 각 그룹의 예비 순위에 따라 입주 자격 부여

신청 방법 및 절차

- ZEUS > 기숙사비 > 기숙사 신청(대학원) 접속

- 2026년 2차수(8동) 조회 클릭 후 신청 버튼을 클릭하여 신청

- 신청기간 종료 후 자동 랜덤 배정

- 요건 불충족 시 선정되더라도 자동탈락

2026 Graduate Dormitory Building 8 Single Room Application Notice

We are pleased to announce the application process for single rooms in Graduate Dormitory Building 8 for 2026.

 

 

Eligibility

· Who can apply: Current dormitory residents enrolled in the following graduate programs (off-campus residents are not eligible)

· Floors 1-3: Master’s, Doctoral (including those expected to enroll in the Doctoral program after completing a Master’s program at this institute), and Integrated Master’s and Doctoral program students

· Floors 4-6: Doctoral students (2nd semester or above) and Integrated program students (6th semester or above)

· Applications for both Floors 1-3 and Floors 4-6 are not allowed simultaneously.

· Residency Period: 1 year (Move-out scheduled for February 2027)

· Reserve candidates will be drawn, and vacant spots will be offered in order of priority within each group.

Application Process

- ZEUS >Boarding Expenses >"기숙사 신청(대학원)"

- Set as 년도: 2026, 차수: 1, 동분류: 대학원기숙사, 동: 8동 then click “조회”

- Click the “신청” (registration) button.

- After the application period, the system will automatically and randomly make assignments.

   You may be disqualified if you do not meet the requirements.

※ This ZEUS lottery system will be implemented for the first time in 2026.

Although prior testing has been completed, if you encounter any errors or issues during the application process, please capture the screen and send it to sservice@gist.ac.kr within the application period. 

Application and Lottery Schedule

· Application Period: January 12, 2026- January 16, 2026

· Move-out and Move-in Period: February 22, 2026-February 28, 2026

· Reserve Candidate Notifications: Reserve candidates will be contacted individually by the Section of Student Service.
