2026 여름학기 해외대학 파견학생 선발 안내를 다음과 같이 하오니, 붙임의 공고문을 참조하시어 관심 있는 학생들의 많은 지원 바랍니다.

We would like to select participants for the 2026 summer session program as follows. Please apply for the program.

 

 

[제출 방법 및 기한]

1. 제출기한: 2026. 1. 16.(금) 23:59:59(KST) 까지 제출(이후 제출 건 접수 불가)

 

2. 제출방법: 구글폼 제출(https://forms.gle/z55XwbCD57yW5Ppv7)

  ※ 2025년도 가을학기 재학생(휴학생은 무관)은 2학기 성적이 마감되지 않은 경우, 일단 현재 발급 가능한 성적표를 제출하고, 구글폼의 12번 항목 ‘2025년 가을학기 재학상태’ 에 O로 체크하여 제출 바랍니다. → 해당 학생들 추후 개별 연락 예정

 

[지원 자격]

1. 파견 시점(2026년 여름학기) 기준 학사과정 2~3학년 재학생

  * 기본 재학 연한을 초과하지 않은 학생 중

  * 2학년: 1학년 재학 기간 중 34학점 이상 이수 완료한 학생

  * 3학년: 2020학번 포함, 이후 학번부터 적용

    → 2019학번 및 그 이전 학번: 2학년 재학생만 파견 대상

 

2. TGPA 3.0 이상 + 어학성적 충족

  * 어학 성적 요건: TOEFL IBT 80(Boston 84) 또는 TOEIC 785 이상

    → Boston도 토익으로 지원 가능. 단, 보스턴 지원하고자 하는 학생이 토플 성적 제출 시 반드시 84점 이상이어야 함(보스턴 대학 자체 기준)

  * 영어 성적표 지원서 마감 후 제출 및 보강 불가, 제출 기한 내 유효한 성적만 인정

 

3. 1회 이상 학사 경고를 받지 않은 학생 (2016학번 이후)

 

4. 징계 이력이 없는 학생

 

5. 기존 파견 학생으로 선발된 후 취소하지 않은 학생

 

6. 동일 프로그램에 기파견되지 않은 학생(프로그램별 1회만 파견 가능)

2) 성적표 발급: 원본 성적표의 PDF 파일 형태라면 발급 방식은 무방 (택1)

  * 도서관 발급기, 행정동 1층 kiosk 성적표 인쇄 - 발급 성적표 스캔하여 제출

  * 인터넷 증명서 발급 내 '증명서 출력' - 종이인쇄 후 스캔하여 제출

  * 인터넷 증명서 발급 내 '전자증명서' - PDF 증명서 발급 후 제출(보안증명서가 아닌 일반으로 발급)

2) 여권: 현재 보유 중인 여권의 만료일이 '2026.12.31.' 이전일 경우

  * 통상 프로그램 만료일로부터 통상 6개월 여유 있는 여권을 요청하는 바, 위 기간 이전 만료일의 여권 또는 이미 만료된 여권을 가지고 있는 학생은 1월 이내 재발급 신청을 완료 바람

  * 여름학기 선발 학생 프로그램 등록 기간: 2월~3월 중 (버클리: 선발 결과 발표 직후 2월 초 바로 등록)

 

3) 학교기여도(Extracurricular Activities-Contribution to School): 본인이 판단하였을 경우 학교에 기여한 바가 있다면 자유롭게 작성

  * 외부활동: 활동 확인서 또는 상장 첨부 필요

  * 교내활동(학생자치활동 등): 해당 활동 주체 장의 활동 확인서

  * 교내활동(학교운영프로그램): 확인서 발급이 단기간 내 불가능 할 경우 운영 부서 및 담당자명 비고란 대체 표기 가능 (해당 부서를 통해 참가자 전체 명단 일괄 확인 가능)

  * 학교 기여 활동 없는 경우 ‘해당 없음’ 표기 후 제출 가능

 

4) 현재 전공 및 지도 교수

  * 전공 선언을 하였으나 소속 변경이 이루어지지 않은 경우 - 현재 소속 기준 작성(도전탐색과정 & 현재의 지도교수님 확인)

  * 지도교수 사인은 자필 서명 및 전자서명, 직인 날인 모두 허용.

  * 제출하는 지원서 HWP 파일에는 지도교수 사인이 없어도 무방, PDF 파일에는 지도교수 서명 반드시 있어야 함 – 기한을 요하는 일이므로 반드시 사전에 연락드릴 것

[Submission Method and Deadline]

  ※ For students enrolled in Fall 2025 whose semester grades have not yet been finalized:

    - Please submit the currently available transcript first. Check “O” for No. 12 (Enrollment Status for Fall 2025) in the Google Form. → These students will be contacted individually later.

 

[Eligibility Requirements]

1. Academic Status: Undergraduate students in their 2nd or 3rd year at the time of participation (Summer 2026)

  * Must be within the standard period of enrollment

  * 2nd-year students: At least 34 credits completed during the first year

  * 3rd-year students: Applicable to students admitted in 2020 or later

    → Students admitted in 2019 or earlier are eligible only if they are 2nd-year students

 

2. Academic & Language Requirements

  * TGPA: 3.0 or higher

  * English proficiency: TOEFL iBT 80 or higher (Boston: 84 or higher) or TOEIC 785 or higher

    → Boston applicants may submit TOEIC scores; however, TOEFL scores must be 84 or higher if submitted (Boston University requirement)

  ※ English test scores cannot be submitted or supplemented after the application deadline. Only valid scores as of the deadline will be accepted.

 

3. Academic Standing: No academic probation record (for students admitted in 2016 or later)

 

4. Disciplinary Record: No disciplinary history

5. Program History

  * Must not have canceled participation after being selected for a previous Summer Sessions program

  * Students may participate in the same program only once

4. Contribution to School (Extracurricular Activities): If applicable, describe any activities you believe contributed to GIST.

  * External activities: submit certificates or awards

  * On-campus student activities: confirmation from the responsible organization

  * If official confirmation is not immediately available, list the department and contact person instead(in case of programs administered by university administrative departments)

 

5. Major and Academic Advisor

  * If your major has been declared but affiliation has not yet changed, list your current affiliation

  * Advisor signatures may be handwritten, electronic, or stamped

  * Advisor signature is not required on the HWP file but must be included on the PDF file → Please contact your advisor in advance, as this process is time-sensitive
