2025학년도 학생단체(동아리) 등록 공고를 다음과 같이 안내드립니다

 

1. 신청기간

2025. 3. 24.(월) ~ 2025. 4. 30.(수) 18:00

 

2. 신청조건

① 단체 지도교수 확보

② 단체의 목적 및 활동범위가 전 학생을 대상으로 함

③ 10인 이상의 정규회원 유치 또는 유지

 

3. 제출서류(붙임2)

① 학생단체 등록신청서

② 지도교수 취임 승낙서

③ 금년 활동계획서 및 예산서

④ 회원(재등록) 명단

* 회원 개별 서명 필수

⑤ 회칙

⑥ 전년도 활동 및 결산보고서(재등록만 해당)

⑦ 2025년도 활동 및 결산보고서(지원금 수령 동아리만 해당)

⑧ 동아리방 사용 신청서

⑨ 지원금 신청서

 

4. 제출처

- 대학원동아리

서류 작성 후 스캔본 이메일 제출(gsa@gist.ac.kr/ 4. 23 까지)

- 대학동아리

서류 작성 후 스캔본 이메일 제출(parkchanbeom@gm.gist.ac.kr/@gm.gist.ac.kr / 4. 4. 까지)

* 신규 동아리의 경우 동아리연합회에 사전문의 필수(parkchanbeom@gm.gist.ac.kr/ 3. 31.까지)

 

5. 유의사항

가. 2024학년도에 등록했던 단체를 유지하기 위해서는 반드시 재등록을 하여야 함.

※ 재등록 하지 않는 경우 등록 취소

나. 창업동아리는 창업진흥센터에 별도 등록

 

6. 동아리 활동 안내

가. 동아리지원금 수령 단체는 2025년도 활동 및 결산보고 제출(2025. 11. 30.까지)

 

7. 결과 통보: 5월 내

2. Required Registration criteria

① Securing a faculty adviser for the organization

② Adherence to non-discrimination policy

③ Attracting and maintaining at least ten students members

 

3. Required documents(Attachment2)

① Student club registration application

② Signed commitment from a faculty adviser

③ Proposed annual budget and plan

④ Membership list with signatures

* Individual Member signature require

⑤ group by-laws

⑥ Report the activities and budget expenses from the previous year (for re-registration)

⑦ Report on the activities and budget expenses in 2024(Only for the club receiving the grant)

⑧ Application for Approval of Events(Use a Room)

⑨ Grant application

 

4. Submitting entity

- Graduate school

After completing the document, submit the scanned file through email(gsa@gist.ac.kr/ ~4. 23. )

- Undergraduate school

After completing the document, submit the scanned file through email(parkchanbeom@gm.gist.ac.kr / ~ 4. 4.)

* In the case of a new club, prior inquiry is required with the club association(parkchanbeom@gm.gist.ac.kr / ~ 3. 31.)

 

5. Precautions

- To maintain a registered organization from the 2024 academic year, re-registration is required.

※ If there is no re-registration, the organization will be cancelled.

- Start-up clubs need to registered separately with the Start-up Promotion Center

 

6. Club activity guidelines

- The organization that receives the club subsidy must submit its activity and settlement report for 2025 (until November 30, 2025)

 

7. Notification of results: No last than May 31
