대학원생활관 9동 에어컨 교체 안내

대기환경보전법의 강화 및 노후 에어컨 교체를 위해 신규 에어컨으로 다음과 같이 교체하고자 합니다.

1. 교체 내용

2. 협조 사항

가. 9시부터 작업하므로 거주학생들의 양해를 바랍니다.

(9시 이전 외부 사전작업으로 인한 소음이 발생할 수 있습니다.)

나. 생활관관리실의 안내를 받아, 우리 직원이 동행하고 교체업체 직원 2명이

교체일에 방문하여 작업을 진행할 예정입니다.

다. 실내에 계셔도 되지만, 작업 중 소음과 작업자 이동으로 번잡함이 있을 수 있으니, 교체 작업 중에는 퇴실을 권장합니다.

라. 귀중품이나 도난 우려가 있는 개인용품은 별도로 보관바랍니다.

Notice of Air Conditioner Replacement in Graduate Dormitory Building 9

In accordance with the strengthened Clean Air Conservation Act and the need to replace outdated air conditioning units, we will proceed with the installation of new air conditioners as follows:

1. Replacement Details

Work Details	▶ Replacement of ceiling-mounted indoor units and piping work(Including protective vinyl covering work) ▶ Estimated work duration: Approximately 2.5 to 3 hours per room ▶ Each room will be visited by one Facility team-staff member and 2 workers from the replacement company

2. Cooperation Request

a. Work will begin at 9:00 AM, so we kindly ask for residents’ understanding.

(Please note that noise may occur before 9:00 AM due to preliminary external work.)

b. On the scheduled replacement date, a staff member will accompany 2 workers from the replacement company to carry out the work.

c. You may remain in your room during the process; however, due to noise and worker movement, we recommend temporarily leaving the room during the replacement.

d. Please store any valuables or personal belongings securely to prevent loss or theft.

시설운영팀 주관 9동 생활관 전호실의 에어컨 교체를 진행합니다.

- 대기환경보전법 강화 및 노후 에어컨 교체

- 에어컨 가동일 이전 교체를 완료하고자 생활관을 우선으로 작업하기로 함.

★ 9동 전 호실 에어컨 교체(실내외기 포함)/2025.3.24.(월)~4.11.(금)

■ 시행부서: 시설운영팀(T.2157)

- GHP냉난방시스템 개선사업의 일환으로 대학원생활관 9동의 노후 에어컨(매립형) 171대(실외기 9대 별도)를 전면 교체하고자 함

- 2014.1월 설치건으로 내용연수 경과

- 관련 법령 개정으로 인한 시스템 개선사업을 25년에 선시행하고자 함

- 기존 삼성 에어컨->LG 에어컨으로 변경설치합니다.

■ 작업 일정: 2025.3.24.(월)~2024.4.11.(금)

- 하단의 공정표 확인 / 3.24일은 작업준비로 본 작업은 25일부터 시작

■ 작업 순서: 9동 9층부터 실시 => 공정표 확인 바로가기 클릭!!!

1. 오전 9시: 시설운영팀 직원+교체업체 직원 2명 방문/재실확인 후 방문

-> 해당 일자에 부재하거나 장기 출장시는 9동 생활관 관리실로 미리 알려주시어 작업이 진행될 수 있도록 협조하여 주시기 바랍니다.

2. 천정형 실내기 본체 교체 및 배관작업(비닐커버 보양작업을 선행합니다.)

3. 작업시간은 호실당 2시간 30분~3시간 정도 예상

4. 작업 이후 보양 작업 걷어내고 내부 정리

5. 시운전

■ 협조 사항

1. 오전 9시부터 작업하므로 거주학생의 양해를 바랍니다.

(9시 이전에는 작업도구 및 실내외기 이동 등 사전작업이 동반되므로 소음이 발생할 수 있습니다.)

2. 호실내 복도는 통행이 가능하도록 공간을 확보 (공간 미확보시 작업 불가, 전 호실 일정 지)

3. 작업시에는 호실을 비워주시고, 작업 후에 호실을 반드시 확인바랍니다.

(작업 후 먼지청소 시에 호실 내의 수도를 사용할 수 있사오니 양해 바랍니다)

4. 천정형 실내기 작업시 천정 일부를 갈아내는 작업을 병행할 수 있습니다.(먼지발생)

-> 호실 내 물품(이불, 개인 용품에 커버가 필요할 경우 미리 사감실에서 비닐을 받아 덮어주시기 바랍니다.

5. 작업 시간이나 기간은 호실내 협조도에 따라 연장될 수 있습니다.

6. 귀중품이나 개인 용품은 별도로 보관 바랍니다.

Air Conditioner Replacement in Graduate Dormitory 9

■ Implementing Department: Facility Operations Team (T. 2157)

- As part of the GHP Heating & Cooling System Improvement Project, all 171 air conditioning units in Graduate Dormitory 9 will be fully replaced.

- The current units were installed in January 2014, exceeding their service life.

- Due to regulatory changes, this system improvement project will be implemented in advance in 2025.

- The existing Samsung air conditioners will be replaced with LG air conditioners.

■ Work Schedule: March 24, 2025 (Mon) ? April 11, 2025 (Fri)

- Please refer to the detailed work schedule.

- March 24 will be dedicated to preparation work, with actual replacement beginning on March 25.

■ Work Procedure (Starting from the 9th floor of Building 9)

- 9:00 AM ? A Facility Operations Team staff member and 2 workers from the replacement company will visit your room

▶ If you will be absent on the scheduled date due to travel or long-term absence, please notify the Management(Dormitory) Office(Dorm.9/1F) in advance to ensure smooth progress.

- Ceiling-mounted indoor unit replacement and piping work (Protective vinyl covering will be applied beforehand.)

- Estimated work duration per room: Approximately 2.5 to 3 hours

- Removal of protective coverings and cleaning after completion

- System test run (trial operation)

■ Cooperation Request

- Work will begin at 9:00 AM, so we ask for residents' understanding.

(Preliminary work, such as moving tools and indoor/outdoor units, may cause noise before 9:00 AM.)

- Please ensure that the hallway in your room remains clear for accessibility.

(If space is not secured, the work cannot proceed.)

- You may vacate your room during the replacement process and check your room after the work is completed.

(During post-work dust cleaning, your in-room water supply may be used. Thank you for your understanding.)

- Partial ceiling modification may be required during the installation, which may generate dust.

▶ If you wish to cover your belongings (e.g., bedding, personal items), protective vinyl covers are available at the Dormitory Office.

Please obtain and use them in advance.

- Work duration may be extended depending on in-room cooperation.

- Please store valuables and personal belongings separately to prevent loss or damage.
